      They are towing unregistered cars out of a construction site and leaving them in front of random homes. The driver and the office receptionist wont talk to you about it. The driver just smiles, takes a hit off a vape pen and drives off, and the receptionist screams vulgarities at you and hangs up.

      Never work for this place or use this place to tow a vehicle. They are only in it for the money. Campers have gone missing after they towed them. Cars have been damaged after they tow them. And their answer is never their fault. Internally, they are back stabbers and the most ridiculous company I have ever worked for. So immature.

      Terrible company to deal with! Our car was towed (I'm not sure if it was legally towed). Total nightmare to get it released. Still waiting at the gate, an hour after our "appointment" we are 3rd in line. Ridiculous way to run a business! Wish D&S Tow could run Milne out of business.

      I can't rate this business. Very rude and unprofessional people that work there. I am a usps employee, they towed my car illegally, they do predatory towing. This company is horrible. Beware research all the complaints. They are true. The good ones you find, they wrote themselves. They told me to get off their property, locked the gate, at 11pm at night. This is called endangerment. They posted my car on the window where you pay, and were laughing like immature kids. Karma that's all I have to say. Anderson towing are awesome. Call them stay away from these clowns that get a kick out of stealing cars and money from people. Pathetic .

      Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately the vehicle was parked on private property without the required authorization and was subsequently legally towed after notices were posted.

      My mother is 86 and uses a handicap sticker when we ********. We were in ******, used our sticker and when we came out, Milne had towed our car! When we called down there, the dispatch person said that the driver couldn't see the sticker. I asked him did the driver even look to see if it had fallen? I mean the windows were cracked open and it was very windy. He told me it wasn't his job to look for a sticker. Really? Common courtesy doesn't say you should look? There was not a single other vehicle in any of the handicap spots. My mother doesn't have $330 to go pick up her car! And the dispatch person was incredibly rude.

      I think that they are in the habit of illegally towing vehicles from private properties without the owner's permission! I work graveyard and go home during my 1-hour lunchtime (took lunch that night was 1:34 AM - 2:36 AM). These people came to our apartment complex in the middle of the night and towed my vehicle! They did not contact the **** ************* On their invoice I noticed it said that they "depart base; 03:00 arrive scene; 03:00, depart scene; 03:05, arrive destination; 03:20?" How is it possible? We went to pick up our car and we paid $250.00 for this tow company to have my car for approximately 5 hours and 32 minutes?
