      NTY Windows came to my home to assess my windows and propose replacements. The Sales Director showed me a sample of the Infinity window. I loved the Infinity window. He took measurements which he put into the software on his iPad that showed to initial price, then added a variety of discounts which cut the price by 40-50%. He refused to provide a written quote with price, warranty, and terms and conditions. He pressured me to accept the *** Window offer before he left, saying the discounts would not be available after he left. In my view, the high pressure to make a commitment immediately without a written proposal borders on the unethical, and the customer will always suffer in such a business transaction.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There is nothing that can be done to earn back my trust. I have received  proposals from other companies and am awaiting one more quote. None have been unwilling to provide written proposals, nor have they expected payment of any money until the proposal is accepted.

      The window presented by the *** sales representative was purported to be Infinity with a 45-year warranty. This was shown in the PowerPoint presentation by the NTY Windows sales representative. I was also told the sample window shown me was Infinity. I contacted Infinity, which is produced by ****** Windows, to ask for information on other Infinity dealers in the *************** area. Following is Infinity by ******** response:

      "I regret to inform you that Infinity from ****** has no affiliation with NTY Windows of ******, ******. As the exclusive licensee of the registered trademark INFINITY for use in connection with non-metal windows and doors in the ***, we are dismayed that another organization would use our trademark."

      Infinity by Windows recommended that I file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General and file a report with the *****************************

      There will be nothing gained to have further conversations or any business transaction with NTY Windows. They either need to be shut down or need to entirely change their business model to an ethical approach to customers.
