5 starsInfinity Windows is professional, kind, and always willing to answer questions. They were able to get my windows ordered and installed within 3 months with the j stallion taking 1/2 a day. Everything was picked up and they were very professional. I love that my new windows reduce street noise, keep my house cooler, and look amazing! I cannot recommend them enough!Review fromShel G

From beginning to end NTY windows has been a good experience. From the most well thought out sales pitch I have ever heard by **, to the installation of my custom windows; I couldn't find anything bad to say about them. Being a first time home buyer windows were a mystery, and ** was a great help; from explaining different styles, specs and financing. To giving an honest opinion on which windows would be the most beneficial to replace, to which type of window should be installed. There was no bull in the process, everything was straight forward, especially when it came to where certain specs were not worth the cost, with a high emphasis of the windows warranty, and their commitment to make repairs should they be necessary. The wait time for our windows ended up being much shorter than anticipated, and the installation was done fairly efficiently, the installers were professional, honest, and when a mistake was made removing the trim, made every effort to more than fix it. I am pleased with the purchase I have made, and would recommend them if you found yourself needing a window or two, or in my case seven.

5 starsNTY Windows is da bomb. ****** was great, friendly/easy going. I chatted with her about what I envisioned and she got me all set up. From start to finish everything went smoothly. 1 starDoor-to-door sales guy repeatedly shows up and rings doorbell and knocks, despite the clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign on the door. I finally decided to answer the door and talk to him. He even said he normally tries to honor the no soliciting signs and that he wasn't selling anything, but thought I needed to hear what he was offering. Then he started his selling speil. Needless to say, the conversation ended with a "Not interested" statement from me. The really sad part of this whole interchange is the fact that, based on principle alone, I will not do business with anyone that simply cannot read and/or understand a simple two word statement, like the two words, posted on the sign, affixed to my door.Review fromGarrett T
