    So I purchased 4 items from this site in April this year (2023) and didn't get any updates or anything. I e-mailed them and wouldn't get a response. Not till I opened up a PayPal case, did I get a prompt, cheerful and friendly response. Ty, the owner, said that one of the balms wasn't ready, said she'd ship out the items, refund me the balm and give me a discount once I closed the case. Big mistake-I wish I had just kept that case opened and gotten a full refund instead. She did send out my items, but I never got the balm nor a refund. I sent an email every couple of weeks to get an update and now we're at the end of November and still no response. As a fellow business owner and loyal customer (I loved her stuff prior to this), this is not proper business etiquette or conduct. I'm highly disappointed in the way she treats her customers: no response is a response. Not cool. I will never support this business again and I want others to know of what kind of caliber and etiquette this business runs on. Running a business can be hard, but some kind of response, update or something from them would be great. There is zero communication and after reading all these reviews, sadly, I wasn't the only one she scammed. PLEASE BE AWARE.

    I placed 2 separate orders with Ebb & Flow back in August & November 2022 and have not received them and she has not responded to any of my emails, Instagram messages, or messages I have sent through her website. I finally resorted to leaving a comment on her public Instagram account yesterday 04/07/2023 asking for an update and she deleted the comment. I placed an order on 08/28/2022 for $253 (order #*****) and another order on 11/05/2022 for $64 (order #*****). I have been a customer of hers since 2016 and love her products, I’m heartbroken that she is treating customers this way. An order I placed in February 2022 took 5 months for her to fulfill and so that’s why I waited this long to file a complaint but with these last 2 orders it’s now been 8 months with no communication from her. I received confirmation that the orders were received and no follow up from her since then. At this point I would appreciate getting my money back if she is unable to fulfill my orders. Thanks!

    I paid via AmEx $43.75 on 8/30/22 at 1:38pm PST. Order #*****. Item "Iced Sky" earrings, JE009 Qty:1. $40.00/item. Shipping $3.75 I have emailed the vendor via the email provided on their website ([email protected]) 3 times between Sept 1 and Dec 6 to inquire about the shipment. I never received a shipping confirmation, although my confirmation email stated that I would receive one soon. Today, I emailed them through the website portal again. Last month, I sent them an instagram private message to inquire about the order, since they update their social media often. I never received a response from any of my 5 outreaches. At this point, I am assuming that this vendor is using her website as a way to scam customers. I need my product or a refund.

    I placed 2 separate orders (orders #***** & order #*****) in October of 2020 totaling $160.50 and never received them. I have sent about 10 emails over the course of 2 years inquiring and all have gone unanswered.
