    Same experience. I have been a loyal customer with ******************** for many years. Order #********* ordered 1/14/24 and have reached out multiple times in regards to when this will ship. I spent $142.00. Disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is about the third time Ive experienced this terrible customer service and I feel those of us who arent receiving any communication and several months in delays of shipping should be granted a refund. I wanted to support her business with everything she has gone through rand center despite my poor customer service experience. But never again. Sad to be treated this way as a loyal customer. If anything I feel like should be prioritized a bit more.

    I placed a decent size order with ********** over 2 months ago and still have not received the product. I've sent multiple emails asking for some kind of communication or refund. I still have not had a reply to any of my emails. My last resort was to turn to the ********** instagram account to try to communicate because the account is actively posting and promoting sales on the website...I received a brief response via instagram promising a tracking number "soon". 4 days later I was sent a tracking number, but the number does not work. I'm sad because I really like the product and have been using it for years, but I had only purchased from in-person shows and craft festivals. This was my first (and last) attempt to order online directly from her website and I'm still waiting for a refund or product. The whole experience has been really disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I also wish I had read the reviews below before trying to order...
