      dealt with these people for almost 7 years, as neighbors. Drastically morphing the neighborhood. Inconsiderate, violates city codes, has no concern for people. Their units constantly open, often with tenants leaving mid lease. Leaves large garbage piles in front of windows of a private residence. Staff openly express homophobia and harass people on their property. multiple videos available.

      Renting with jerusalem management was absolutely atrocious. They rented me a 1 year lease in a unit that had no valid ROP. This was discovered in the first months of renting out the unit due to the electrical company not being able to out electric in our name due to an “inspection hold”. Jerusalem management insisted that they had a valid ROP and even sent documents to prove this, which cannot be found on the public ROP list till this day. After filing a report with the attourney generals office, Jerusalem management was in prosecution of these violations from December 2023 to July 2024. There was no actual valid ROP during the entirety of my lease and Jerusalem management lied and said otherwise to avoid further escalation of this issue. After moving out of the apartment and stopping rent payment due to clear violations of my rights, Jerusalem management had the audacity to email me an eviction notice threatening to take further legal action if I did not continue to pay rent. Through multiple attempts of intimidation to pay rent, Jerusalem management made zero attempts to mitigate any of the damages that they were responsible for. I would like Jerusalem management to compensate me for the 4 months rent plus the security deposit that I had paid to them as my rights as a tenant were violated and instead of resolving this issue, this company lied and threatened legal action in order to recieve rent for a unit that had no valid residential occupancy permit.
