      I just left the Car Wash *** *** ****** **** 25 minutes ago. Upon arrival I realized this was not a self service vacuum like other locations. I was going to leave but an employee assured me they would do a good detailing and include an exterior car wash. I asked if they would be ok moving my items in the car so they could clean around them and he assured me there would be no issue as they do this often. I paid $48 for them to vacuum the front and passenger floors and seats as well as wipe down the windshield. They left all of the winter debris tracked in with shoes on the backseat carpet, did not vacuum out the cup holders or the dog hair off my backseats or wipe the back windows. Prior to realizing how terribly they did my car I had cashed out a $15 tip to leave them on my card as well, had I seen my backseat prior to putting the tip in the lock box I would have taken it back. I then called multiple times to get a refund and was given a run around about the manager not being able to come to the phone, to the manager not being there at all until tomorrow. When I asked for Corporate’s number I was provided with the Clifton Park Hoffman’s phone number. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service.

      The nature of my dispute is this; I went to Hoffmans car wash to have my car washed and the girl/employee said they were running a special for 19.99 for one month.
      I thought that would work for me for one month. I gave her my card and she charged me the 19.99. A few days ago I looked at my bank statement and I noticed that I was charged by Hoffmans car wash $39.97. They used my debit card without asking me. When I agreed to the monthly special for 19.99 The employee did not tell me that there would be a recurring fee for 39.97 in the months to come. I was shocked when I saw the charge on my bill and called Hoffmans and asked for a refund, explaining that they used my card without my permission. They refused to give me a refund.
      They have taken advantage of me, and I have to wonder if they are doing that to other people as well.
