    I have been calling this company for two days to get info on what I need to present to get my car serviced and a recorded menu comes on. When I press a button to talk to someone the recording repeats one more time, then it gives a busy signal. I was planning to turn my car in for service on Friday 08/12/22 and won't be able to fit the full bill. I purchased this service warranty on 10.14/21. I don't know how I'm going to be able to afford the full service out of pocket. I never received any kind of identification or verification showing me as a customer of this service. Even the Agent who processed my so called coverage supposedly game me his "direct phone number" and I get a message saying my call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again.

    They were very aggressive in their sales offer but I can't even get a response to calls or emails.. the only claim I had was listed as covered in the contract and I even asked before the purchase about the same service that I had on another vehicle. Was assured that it would be covered all lies, they never covered anything.
