      Signed up for the backstage membership. When it came time to cancel my membership the first customer service rep. I had talked to had said it was canceled. A week later they charged me again for the new month. When I called again to ask for a refund they had said I had two memberships and would not receive a refund. They created a second account without my authorization or consent.
      Another issue: went shopping there during a sale. Took off the price tag when I got home that had stated socks were on sale for $12.99. Underneath that price tag was the original price tag stating the socks were $10.99.
      Will not be shopping there ever again.

      I use to go to this location often. One day, between May and June, they offered a VIP membership with this a 10% off on the total for the products I got that day. What they didn't explain it was the charge that they would do every month for a membership you don't use and nobody explained you how to do it. I called to cancel it and ask for explanaitions on why nobody explain the whole terms to me when they offered the membership and the guy with name JR didn't know what to say. Instead he just tried to negotiate with me in order to make me keep it knowing I wanted to cancel. He gave me a cancelation number and said I would receive an email that I haven't receive yet. I asked him how long I have been under this payments and he said he couldn't see that in his computer. He also said they apparently will give me the money back for my last payment, of course I don't trust. I tried to contact FYE through their email and the lady didn't show the most interest in provide any help. She just told me to contact FYEVIP for questions or cancelations. I asked her to talk with a manager or headquarters but I still waiting for her answer. I contacted FYE VIP like she said and they just sent an email saying they will reach out in 3 business days. I think is a serious issue, how they use this predatory system to take people money. Completly disrespectful and unacceptable.

      Charged fee for backstage pass, called to cancel 4 days after being charged. Paid for entire month of perks and was told the perks would discontinue the day I cancel. Was told I was out of luck and paid the full perks amount but no refund d available. Richard was interrupting every sentence I attempted to say and then told me my attitude was uncalled for when I was quite calm just trying to understand.
