    My business opened an account with Unishippers Team Bennet a year ago. They provide quotes for our freight, but when the invoices come weeks later, the amounts are substantially higher than what they originally quoted. There is always some vague excuse, the most common is a reclassification, which untruthful. We began taking photos of all crates on our scales, so photos show the scale weight and a reference ruler. So we now have proof of crate weights and dimensions prior to shipping. But still 90% of our invoices come back with inflated prices beyond what was quoted. I then began contacting the carriers directly for clarification only to find out there was no reclass by the carrier! They also bill us for shipments that have nothing to do with our company. They won't even provide an invoice, I just get emails/calls claiming that I need to make a payment without any documentation. Additionally, they are grossly overly aggressive with their collection attempts. They lie, they threaten, they intimidate, and they harass constantly. I received over 25 calls in two days from Jeffrey D****** Drew P****, Michael ****i and others trying to collect on fraudulent invoices. I also received emails threatening that they would fly to my office to collect in person; insinuating a threat of intimidation and violence. Every time that I ask them to correct the invoices, they completely ignore me, and just keep harassing me to pay money that I don't owe.

    Unishippers is a vendor, that forged documents stating that we authorized them to debit our bank account for any outstanding payables. They forged a signature of an employee of the company (this employee was not even in town on the date of signature they are claiming) that authorized debiting our bank account along with our banking details. They also attempted to illegally debit our bank account.

    Attached is the illegal forgery paperwork they are stating we filled out & sent in which is not true.

    This is the 2nd time this supplier has forged signatures to illegally debit our bank account.

    We set up an account with Unishippers several years ago. We found that we did not like the service they provide so we decided to go with another shipping option. After we stopped using them, they billed us several times for shipments that had nothing to do with us. I asked repeatedly for them to remove my account from their system and they responded that they did remove it. Then 6 months later I have started receiving bills from them again. They clearly lied about removing my account and they have no controls over their billing as they seem to frequently bill the wrong customer. Their customer service is so bad that they often don't even respond when i complain that the bill isn't for a shipment associated with my company. Just a terrible company.

    Team Bennett continually cold calls outside of their own corporate rules of engagement. We are registered with the Salt Lake City location, who have removed our information from the cold call distribution lists. Team Bennett has disregarded both our and Salt Lake City's requests for the calls to stop.

    As this is a cold call (phone), we have no other supporting documentation sent to us via print. We have had communication multiple times from the same location who continues to disregard our request to not be called.
