I ordered 3 things for my dog and when I received them they weren't anything like the pictures on their website. And for the price they were charging i wasn't happy. So I wanted ro return them. They told me I had ro oat to ship back even though they were at fault w the product description. They fraudulently knew thatise 3 items weren't anything like what I was expecting. They looked nothing like them. They refused to give the the correct address so I sent them back to the NY address and received them back. They wasted my time and money all bc they didnt want me to return them and get a credit from ShopPay Affirm. They are scammers!!!Initial Complaint

On April 3, I ordered a cat tree from funny fuzzy. I have ordered from them before I never had any problems.. this time I got a notice about two weeks later. That the item would not be coming due to the tariffs.. I waited more weeks and I never heard from them again. So I wrote to them asking when it would come or please refund my money.. they said just to be patient it would come. I wrote again and never heard from them again.. It is now already May 5.. On March 2, 2025 we placed an order for a large dog sofa, paid $81.21, and once we received it was much smaller than they shored dimensions of online. We reached out about doing an exchange for a 2XL sofa and on March 25th they sent us an invoice to pay the difference, $48. On March 26th the $48 was paid and we received an email thank us for our purchase and the item would be shipped in 1-3 business days and we also received an email we could keep the original item it did not need to be returned. As of today, 4/25, we still have not received the item. I emailed them on 4/1, 4/7 & 4/16 and each time have received the same email back "Hello, Thank you for reaching us We already passed to the relevant team for processing. Please allow a little time for this to be handled, and we will keep you updated on the next steps. Our thoughts are with you during this time. We hope this will be helpful to you! Retailer agreed to exchange item. I paid out of pocket to return the item and provided them the tracking number of the same. They said they would ship a replacement immediately. This was two weeks ago. The return item shows it was delivered to the return address and I was neither provided the agreed upon exchange item, nor a refund for the returned merchandise.Initial Complaint

All i want is the refund that i was promised after i returned the product. I bought 2 sets of sweaters for my dog and they were too big. They would not give me an address or return label to return the items. I made the purchase through ******. I contacted ****** and they contacted Funnyfuzzy. Funnyfuzzy agreed to give me a refund and then mailed me a shipping address to return the items. I returned the items and was told that because i filed a dispute with ****** that they couldn't issue a return unless I cancelled the dispute. I sent them proof that the case had been closed and they still have not refunded me. I spoke with ****** and they said that i have to go through my bank to get the refund. My bank can’t get me a refund because I went through ****** for the sale. They sent me back to ******. ****** can’t or won’t help me. I am asking you to please help me get my refund. I am out about $71 now due to having to pay to send the items back. Funnyfuzzy has the items. I have the tracking info and the email chain that I can share with you. My file is too large to upload. Nature of dispute: I would like to return the item and receive a refund
Resolution: Business has been uncooperative in addressing my request for a refund. I have followed the instructions listed on their website to reach out to ********************** to start the return process. I sent an email saying the product did not fit my needs and I would like to start a return/refund. They initially suggested/offered a partial refund without sending back the product, to which I declined and asked where to send the product back to in order to get a full refund. This happened a few times, where I said I have declined a partial refund several times and would like a full refund. Now they keep sending me the same response that says they have sent this issue to the appropriate team and are waiting further instructions. They will not answer any of my questions, disclose where to return the item or answer any of my questions. Each time I reach out to them I get the same response (below). All I am asking for is to return the item and get my money back, I even acknowledged I will pay for shipping.

Received my order after we were unable to get the puppy we had planned on. 4 days after receiving it I informed them that I would be returning the items under their 30 day return policy. They replied asking for pictures. I sent them pictures of the unopened items and they responded by telling me they would offer me 20% back and I wouldn't need to return the item. I replied no and they replied with an offer of 40%. Then when I said no they told me they were going to escalate it and would get back to me. It has been two weeks and they no longer respond to me.
