    Ordered product for FunnyFuzzy. The product came in and was very small and poor quality. When emailing to ask for a refund they keep giving me the run around about returning. It seems to me they are delaying the refund. They seem not to want to refund and the business address seems to be fake. They need to refund my money $130.32

    I ordered a large grey Funny Fuzzy dog bed through ******** on 1-20-25.  Received it about 2 weeks later and discovered when I unwrapped it that it was too small for my dog.  I tried to contact them through [email protected] several times but to no avail.  I called my bank to see if they had any phone numbers for this company and they gave me ***-***-****  No Good.  I have 2 addresses for them and called 411 for numbers but they found none.   There was also a phone number of ***-***-**** that I called that had an automated message: "TY a member of our leasing team will test you back shortly.  Never heard back from them.  30 day refund policy has now passed and I am not sure what else I can do.  I would really appreciate your help in this matter.

    I ordered a dog bed (order #*********). I received the bed but immediately contacted funny fuzzy on 11/25/24 about an exchange for a larger bed. They had me send pics and offered me a discount to keep the bed which was way smaller than I expected. I declined the offer and just wanted a return authorization. I have emailed them at least 10 times and they say they are still working on it over 3 months later. I just want my refund of $47.82 the price without shipping.

    I purchased a jacket for my dog, and it was too small so I contacted FunnyFuzzy asking to return it for a larger size. They agreed and sent me the return address. According to tracking information they received the jacket on February 2, 2025, but they have failed to send the larger size, and they have ignored numerous messages.

    they delayed the emails on giving me a return address and kept sending automated emails, but i still returned within the window allowed, it was tracked and delivered and received, every time i ask them where my refund is they send another automated email and they just keep resending it instead of giving me an answer or my refund, i did go back to the post office and they confirmed delivered once again on 1/17/25...please help!!!

    Ordered a XL dog bed for around 100$ online from funnyfuzzy, it was advertised as an extra large and gave specific dimensions. The item received was a substantial smaller. Emailed funnyfuzzy about returning the item for a refund and they offered 1st 20% refund. I declined their offer and requested the return address. They then offered 40% off. I declined there again and requested the return address where they would like the item sent back to. They informed me they would get the complaint to the right dept. it’s been a week with no response. Their return policy states items have to be recieved within 30 days. I emailed them the same day I received it. They are attempting to run the clock out.

    On 12/28/2024 I made a purchase from Funny Fuzzy for a Fluffy Fuzzy Calming Dog Bed Sofa Protector Pet Mat. My order arrived 1/7/2025. As soon as I opened the item with my dogs next to me because they were nosey. They started to sniff it and wanting to attack it. I noticed that the item seemed used as the side of the arms had wholes in them and the seat its self was torn. I
    Immediately went to the website and requested a refund. On 1/11/2025 they responded requesting requesting photos of the damage which I sent on 1/25/2025. They followed up on 1/26/2025 with a generic email that they recieved my request and forwarded it to the appropriate department. On 1/28. 2/1, 2/4,2/7,2/10,2/15 I followed up with emails asking for updates on my return request. Each email I send they responded the next day with the same generic email as above. That my request was forwarded to the appropriate department for review. On 2/15/2025, they sent an email with the response.
    To compensate for this inconvenience and to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we are offering you either a 40% refund on this product or a replacement cover. Which option would suit you best? There is no need to return the item.
    I sent a refusal response on 2/16/2025 requesting a FULL refund for the item and that I wanted to send the damaged and used item back. Again I got the same generic response that my email has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review. I just today 2/21/2025 requested my full refund.
    I tried getting paypal to work with me on my refund because I haven't gotten anywhere with the company and because it's been over 30days they declined my request.
    This company has been very difficult to work with. They sent me a damaged and used item and will not have me my money back.

    I ordered a dog bed from FunnyFuzzy but it was not sturdy enough for my dog. So I contacted them through the email provided on their website and requested a return since I was still within the 30 day return window per their return policy. This request was ultimately ignored as they continued to try and get me to accept a partial refund to not return the item; first they offered me a 20% refund and after I turned it down and insisted that they give me what I asked for which was a full refund. Since I was not receiving any information or assistance from the company to complete a return I requested a supervisor or a number that I could call. This request was received and the company stated “We wanted to inform you that we have already escalated your concern to the relevant team. We're actively pursuing an update on this matter, and we will provide you with the information as soon as we have it.” I received this email a month ago about 2 months since I requested a return the day after I received the item. I still have not received any information to complete a return and I was not referred to a supervisor or given a number to call as I requested and they claimed to be pursuing. I also tried to get the return information I requested through their instagram page. They responded, but after I sent them the SKU and a picture of the item which is what they requested; they still did not give me the information I needed to complete a return even though they saw my message. I will attach screenshots of the emails and instagram messages to the complaint.

    I ordered a pet bed on 1/19/25. Partial items were delivered on 1/25/25 (pet bed cover and pillow) and the dog bed arrived on 1/29/25. I knew at the time of the first delivery the pet bed would be too small for my dog, so when that arrived, I left it sealed and did not open it. I have been trying to return these items since then, but this company is dancing around their own return policy. They first offered me a 20%, then 40% refund with the option to keep. I said no both times because the items are useless to me being sized way too small for my pet. Their return policy clearly states you have 30 days to return in the original packaging, which I have and have re-bundled for shipping. I am happy to pay the shipping to return for credit, but they keep telling me they have sent to the appropriate department for processing and then do not provide me with an address to return. Companies like this should be stopped, fined, and put out of business. This is bad business, as you can see from the "F" rating they have on the BBB from numerous and similar complaints. My larger issue is that I did an installment plan with shop pay, now being forced to pay for these items in full to avoid my credit being affected. I am trying to do the right thing here but have been forced to now dispute all charges with my credit card company to avoid being charged for items that I am unable to return. What a headache! How are companies like this allowed to continue doing business?? Please help. I want to protect my credit rating, and I am just trying to do the right thing - I want to return. Items are unused. I want a credit without having to fight and dispute with my cc company. I will not stop, this is principal, so they should have just offered me the ability to return, and we could all move on with our lives. The reps that I have been corresponding with that keep putting me off should be ashamed to work for a company full of such scams!

    After taking over a month to receive, Item arrived damaged with broken zipper that looks to be flimsy to begin with. Website states "hassle free" returns within 30 days. I have repeatedly emailed them and they keep asking the same questions which have repeatedly been answered refusing to provide a return address. There is an obvious avoidance and refusal of return. Their website does not provide a return address and no phone number is provided to call them. It has now been several weeks with no response of address to return the item.
