  Truly believe this company is all good marketing and terrible business operations/quality. I ordered a bed and wasn’t satisfied - it just felt very cheap. The fabric was poor and it was smaller than anticipated. So naturally I started the return process per their policy. After a couple unclear emails from them, they’ve gone radio silent. The item is in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  It seems everyone has the same complaint but I have another one to add. Wanted to make a return and received no response. I sent 4-5 emails and they never got back to me. Would definitely recommend not ordering anything from this scam site!

  DO NOT buy from this company, Funny Fuzzy are crooks and the quality is the worst! My order (dog carrier for car) was sent in several tiny vacuum sealed bags, and stuffed into a small plastic shipping bag. Fabric was cheap and not the color shown on their website. I immediately sent an email to them stating I wanted to return the bed for a refund, no answer... sent another email, still no reply! I sent a third email and 9 days later they responded. They then stated that I needed to return the bed before the two week return policy expired, and it need to be be packaged the same way it the same way they had shipped it! I tried to squeeze the cheap bed and cheap fillers for the pillows back into the vacuum sealed bags!!! This was impossible, I tried to call them, no answer and so I left a message to say I wasn't able to do this and that there was no way to get it shipped back by their 2 week refund policy. No call back, no email. Bad business!!!!
  I then called AMEX and filled a dispute. Of course they got back to **** and proved that I had received the product, **** credited them back.
  Funny Fuzzy are crooks and they have poor quality products, do not buy anything from this horrible business.

  I received a dog bed from funny fuzzy, quality was extremely poor and looked nothing like pictured. I immediately began a request for return/refund as I was not happy with the product in the slightest. I emailed them 5+ times for 3 weeks before I received a response. I have sent photos and they responded a second time a week later giving me the run around. Horrible customer service. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

  The company do not respond to you if u want to return the product. I ordered the cover. The product did not fit right. I requested the return info. Three weeks passed, no answer.

  Got ripped off by Funny Fuzzy. Despite providing tracking information proof my package was labeled "Return to Sender", they will not acknowledge I never received my couch cover. I get no response to my many emails trying to resolve this issue. Not an honest company.

  If I can give zero stars I would. We have ordered a extra large dog bed .When we received it the bed was not as described.We reached out to funnyfuzzy numerous times no response. All we want is the confirmation that they require for the return

  Do not purchase from them! I purchased a car bed. The item that arrived was not what was depicted and purchased. Then I emailed the day it was received to return and refund. They said I promise it's high quality (that was the entire response to me wanting to return it). Now I have been emailing them every week for the past 2 months with no response.

  TERRIBLE COMPANY! DON’T EVEN TRY AND ORDER FROM THEM! I BOUGHT THIS XL LARGE BED FOR MY DOG AND NO LIE, 2 WEEKS LATER THE ZIPPER STARTED COMING APART. I SENT AN EMAIL AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY CAUSE I BOUGHT IT JUST TWO WEEKS AGO IN LATE MAY AND IT WAS THE 6TH OF JUNE. THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
