    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered their sofa covers and it has been a challenge to return. Multiple follow up emails, finally got an address to return the product and I had to pay shipping! It’s been weeks and they haven’t processed my refund when they said they would be providing me with a refund.
    Save your money cause the products are not what you see online.

    Not refund your money. Stay clear of this company This was the couch cover and most certainly doesn’t hold up to pets sitting on it. Material easily pulls. In advertisement the back holds a cell phone. A joke! Doesn’t roll out as shown on ********. **** *

    DO NOT ORDER, THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE.
    We received the Bear Ears Pet Car Safety Bed Dog Car Seat Bed, and it was terrible all the way through. The package was jammed up, the quality is terrible with the poor fabric material, mishapen pillows, inadequate sewing, and understuffed pillows, not to mention it was smaller than what was advertised. They claim to have a full refund policy, but opted to offer me a $12 discount instead. I haven’t heard anything since.

    I ordered a blanket for my dog in Aug 8...never received it. It's Oct 13...no blanket. I emailed messages, sent messages on Facebook. No answer . Even filed a claim with them through ******...no answer either. They keep advertising on ********. I believe they delete all the negative comments and only keep the positive ones. Do not buy anything from this company!!!

    This company is completely fraudulent. They send absolute crap propduct and do not respond to provide a return address. As soon as I paid to their website I got texted from my bank about fraudulent charges being put through on my card. DO NOT buy anything from this company.
    It deserves a zero but there is not an option for that.

    BUYER BEWARE. Zero starts if I could. Horrible customer service. No response via email, don't ever count on being able to return an item. Went to social media and posted '"I have been trying to get a hold of customer service with no reply" and my comment was reported as spam. I regret not seeing these reviews prior to making my purchase.

    Bad company. Will not respond to my several emails re a return address. There is no way to return a product, because they won’t send me an address. The expensive product were not as shown on their site.
    Zero customer service. I would give it zero stars.

    Worst dog "bed" ever! DO NOT order from this company! I wish I had checked this site for reviews before I ordered. It took 3 weeks to arrive due to the fact that it actually shipped from China. The return policy states you can return in within 14 days of receipt, however it is apparently never since you have to email them for approval and they never email back. Now I am stuck with a $200 piece of garbage that will end up in the trash. Worst purchase ever.
