    I ordered a xl dog bed and never received it. I also sent several emails and there was no response. They should be shut down for scamming people out of their hard earned money. My wife did read the reviews on this place and I probably should of done that first before ordering.

    I am hugely disappointed. I ordered two large dog beds for my two retrievers and paid over $100.00. I never received the beds and they said I did. I have cameras on my house and they were never delivered. They did not give me a refund or resend new beds. I gave them 3 weeks to resolve the issue and they never did anything. Nd eventually didn't even respond to my emails. Don't buy from this company.

    Completely dissatisfied with this company. $236.00 paid for couch covers that did not meet my needs for comfort nor ease and in following company policy needed to explain why I wanted a refund and show proof of purchase which I did promptly. No phone number listed only email to communicate which is sketchy at best since response is delayed by weeks. Are they playing this delayed tactic as to not allow me to ship product back for full refund I suspect so!


    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I received the run around with over 20 emails and no viable response in getting a refund for a low quality and uncomfortable product. The generated response looks something like this: 1. We will contact you with in 72 hours and give you the return address for refund. 2. 6 days later they offer 20% off not to return it. 3. 8 days later they offer 40% off not to return product 4. Finally once all offers were denied they required I send pictures of the product to ensure no damage to product. I was livid!!!!! Contacted my credit card company and 60 days later received a credit from them. I paid $236.12 - $53.00(shipping the product back) and never received a dime back from this disreputable company!

    We ordered the couch covers to protect against dog damage. We were shipped the products and they did not fit the couch well, did not lay flat, and well...looked like ****.
    My wife initiated the return process and after demanding photos and they did not include the proper address for refund, and specifically advised against shipping the products back to their mailing address!
    They have a 30 day ticking time clock on returns, and four days later have not responded to my wife sending the photos and asking for the correct return address, that should have been on their original email.
    Bad product, *****, *****, dicey returns.

    I was sent a smaller bed than the size I ordered. I emailed their customer support (the only communication option) and the company asked for pictures with measurements. I provided all the information and pictures requested and they stopped responding. I never opened the bed cover and requested a refund for both items. At this point, I would say they stole my money by sending the wrong size product and not offering an exchange or refund for their mistake. I just need them to refund my money and email a return label. I will gladly send these unusable items back to them. I am within the return policy duration. The bed was opened but how was I supposed to know they sent the wrong size. The items come in a tube shaped vacuum sealed bag with no size specs on the packaging. Their customer service and lack of response is horrible and unacceptable! Also, the quality of the bed is not as advertised. The pad and pillow inside are thinner than shown on their website. I will never buy anything from this company again.

    I ordered a Christmas sleigh bed for my dog. I paid one amount but they took more money than I authorized. I'm not sure about the quality of the item because it hasn't arrived yet. I've emailed them several about the transaction with my bank to no avail. I will never order from this company again. Ridiculous

    I ordered a couch cover and a cat tunnel/bed. I received the wrong color couch cover and the cat tunnel never arrived. I tried several times to contact them with no response. They also charge for delivery "protection" which is another ripoff.

    This company has false advertising on sizes. They clearly sent me the incorrect size. I reached out for replacement and provided verification of size ordered and provided measurements and pictures showing that the size is incorrect. They refuse to say it is incorrect size and blames it on compression, it had been open for 1 week when they requested for pictures and measurements. They refuse to return it unless I cover shipping and will only return 20% and me keep the item. Poor return policy and does not own up to their mistakes. I would not recommend this company.
