    I’m only leaving at least 1 star because it’s required. Otherwise, I would give them a -10, with that being the worst rating possible.
    The product I ordered was okay but I wanted to exchange it for a different size. Their customer service for returning or exchanging an order is nonexistent, in spite of the fact they say they have a 30-day return policy. I ended up keeping the item, rather than pursing it. My guess is that it would have cost more in shipping to return than it was worth.
    This business should be shut down due to their fraudulent claim to honor returns or exchanges, and their lack of response to their support email address.
    By the way, ****** carries their products so I’m assuming if ordered through them, returns or exchanges would be easy. I wish I had checked with them first.
    So, do NOT do business with this company.

    I bought a comically small “large” dog bed. Complete rip off. The doll sized bed arrived from china so no point in attempting to return it.
    Avoid at all costs.

    This company Funny fuzzy pet is a complete joke . I paid almost sixty dollars for a piece of crap dog bed . And the zipper was broken already the bed in the picture looked so fluffy and thought this would be great to snuggle my cockapoo puppy wrong it's literally the worst dog bed

    I ordered dog stairs & my dog will not use them. When I contacted the company about a return address they offered me 20% discount if I kept them. I said no my dog won't use them & asked for a return address again! They are now ghosting me. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I will not deal with this company again!

    Should be an option for thumbs down (they don’t even deserve 1 star)… I order a dog bed took my money and did not receive the purchased item. The purchase order states that items will leave the warehouse within 1-3 days; however, I never got shipping or tracking information. I kept on checking the status of my purchase online directly on their website, but the status never updated to being shipped.
    I sent an email to the seller asking for status with ann estimated delivery date but never got a response.
    Their website does not a contact number to call and their support link (******************.) doesn’t even work; I got a failed delivery notification saying address not found.
    I checked the BBB about this company and unfortunately is not a trustworthy company; wish I have known this before I ordered anything from them.
    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FUNNYFUZZY!!

    I would give them half a review if I could. Shipped in poor packaging which came with the product sliced open. The only response I got was to keep it and they would give me 30% off. No more communication has happened since I told them it didn’t meet my expectations. Luckily I used a payment plan app and have stopped payment and disputes with my bank. They will not be getting any more than $30 of my money.

    Quality is horrible and size misrepresented. When I reached out to get a refund they avoided actually sending me the address to send the item back too. 8 emails back and forth and I still don't have the address. They just give you the run around.

    Do not purchase anything from this site. The item was delivered after long shipping time from China, packaged in a sketchy flimsy bag wrapped in tape; no way of opening the package without destroying the bag. The time I ordered was a couch covered. It looked rough the same as online by appearance but in reality is much thinner and stiffer. The item doe snot perform as advertised, it slides off and is uncomfortable to sit on. The dimensions are as described.
    I wanted to return he item for a refund within the first week of delivery. The website lists the only way to receive a refund is to request a return by email. I have tried to send numerous emails to the email address from the website and the email given in order confirmation and immediately get a bounceback "address not found". I tried several separate times to make sure it was not miss-spelled. No reply. No refund process.
    The advertising on Instagram and other social media is very effective and believe your eyes, it IS too good to be true.

    I just ordered an anxiety bed from this company. I the beds quality is not as advertised. The pillow the dogs lay on is super flimsy. I would not recommend
