    Sometime around July 28th I spoke with ******* at Albertson Electric to have an electrician come by to repair a fixture. The electrician *** said he was unable to repair it and referred me to Elements for repair. He made me sign a sheet of paper stating he cant repair the fixture. I didn't want a collection agency calling me so I paid the amount of $160. The next day, I had another electrician come by who was able to fix the item. I called Albertson and said I had someone to fix it and would like my money back. ******* said that I agreed to the terms of service when I signed ***** document that he would come back. I don't remember reading that and I don't know if he added that to his document later on. On Oct 1 I had spoke to ***** who stated off that bat that Albertson doesn't repair fixtures at all. So why when I explained to ******* during the initial service describing that the fixture's bulb mount was broken did she not cancel the call? I was never told that was Albertson's policy. If that's the case I should get my $160 back.
