    Transaction date 2/10/23. Josh c***** stopped in to offer driveway services since our driveway was in bad shape. After chatting with him and finding out he was doing a job for a family in Akron, we decided to have him do the job we discussed with him. The job was as follows.. he was to install a drain across our garage door, tie it into our existing drain and use millings to finish our driveway. He came later than he said he would due to a problem on the other job in Akron. He installed the drain but didn’t have the correct downspout connector and told us he would return the following Monday or Tuesday ( 13th or 14th) to finish that portion of the job. He left a pile of millings around the drain that he was to use and tamp down in that area when he returned to complete the the job. He continued to roll out the millings and actually ran out of daylight so it was hard to see the finished product. I paid him 2500.00 by check before he left in good faith that he would return as promised. The week has gone by, I have called him 3 times, left messages and have gotten no response. I just want him to finish the work as he promised.

    Response taken by phone:  I was hired to install a drain but I noticed he had a bad downspout.  I told him I would replace it free of charge.  I did get out the following week to replace it and he is satisfied.
