    On 5/31 we rented and paid in full for a waterslide for our daughter's graduation party on 6/24. On 6/6 they called and emailed me to tell me that "due to unforeseen circumstances" they had to cancel our rental and that we would receive a full refund in 5-7 business days. On 6/14 I called because we still hadn't received our refund and was told that she checked the refunds on 6/12 and they all had been released. As of today 6/15 we still have not received our refund and I have called and left a message, tried to email but it came back undeliverable and messaged on Facebook with no response. I tried to go on their website today and it is gone!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I had filed a complaint against Budget Bounce. We did finally receive our refund.

    I paid this business a deposit for a bounce house for my daughter‘s birthday a couple days before the actual birthday party. I looked at the weather and not just the one day of her birthday party but the entire weekend is supposed to rain. I called them to get my deposit back since we will not be able to enjoy the bounce house and they told me for their policy they do not give deposit back and to schedule another day to use the bounce house. I think this is a very unfair practice. It is not my fault that it’s raining. I gave them several days in advance. I should get my deposit back.

    I paid 102.82 on 8/12 for a deposit on a bouncy house for Labor Day. It rained that day so we cancelled. I called them to reschedule for Halloween, left several voice mails and they never reached back.

    Ordered a bounce house and one (1) other yard game for my son's birthday party. This Company took a deposit from me and never showed up with the goods/services promised. I tried to get in touch with them the day of the party as it was 2:30pm and they were scheduled for 1pm. I never received a response after repeated phone calls and have yet to get a response to assure I am refunded my deposit of $313.74. I am hoping the BBB is able to help in obtaining my refund and assuring this Company is not allowed to do business in hopes that someone else does not have to endure the anguish they put our family and most importantly our ten (10) year old son through.
