    I placed a $500 deposit 11 months in advance for my event. The company called and cancelled, without reason, four months in advance. I appreciate the call, but without reason that far in advance felt like I was replaced by a "higher opportunity client." I was informed I would receive a full refund in seven business days. That was four weeks ago, and I have yet to see any money back. I have called the company, no one answers. I have left voice messages, no one returns them. I wrote an email, no response. I took a gamble on this place after reading the reviews. They are either five star or one star. I hope someone reads this review, and it becomes the deciding factor to find a different company. I hope no one else falls to this loss. Read ****** reviews. Almost every single one-star-review involves this same scam-like pattern.

    Signed a contract to rent a bounce house 10/8/22 1-6pmEst. Received a call the night before from their delivery driver stating they were outside my home to drop off the bouncer. I told them the party is tomorrow, and asked if i would be charged for it being early. He said no, so i called my husband to meet them as he was home. Called my husband he went outside and they weren't there. Called the driver back and he said he had left to drop off another one close by and he would be by later. I didn't hear from him so i texted the number he called me on and he apologized stating they would come back in the morning. Despite receiving a confirmation email that the delivery was scheduled for 1245 he showed around 10am. Setup the bounce house with my husband watching, almost left without giving any instruction on it's use. My husband had to ask. The plan was for it to be picked up at 6pm as agreed to per the contract. It is currently Tuesday 10/11/22 6pm and the bounce house is still on my property without any notice of when they will pick it up or why there is a delay. I called every morning since Saturday, leaving a message each time, on both listed phone numbers, asking for follow up and for it to be picked up. Sunday and Monday when i left messages i asked that it be picked up before noon Monday as i was scheduled to receive lawn service. I never got a reply and had to reschedule. My husband also called yesterday and left a message, still no reply. Today I left another message, called twice with no answer, and finally wrote a message via email and on their website "contact us" page. I also texted the delivery person twice, and did not receive a response. I am very frustrated and shocked by the lack of professionalism. Also, i don't understand why they would want to leave their equipment at someone's home past the established time frame. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.
