      HES Tonawanda, with Dr S***** and all the support staff, is a fantastic practice. I am treated with respect every step of the way and they are also fun and willing to joke around a bit. I wasn't aware how profound my hearing loss was and now that I have my aids I have benefited beyond all measure! I can concentrate better, I can be in a crowded and loud social setting without struggling to hear and to engage! I can engage with people again!

      Jennifer did my evaluation and she was very professional and friendly. Made the experience comfortable. I would recommend Hearing Evaluation. Jennifer took the time to explain so much and in a way I could understand. Thank u. Anyone who goes here would not be disappointed ????

      I would recommend HES. The staff helped me to adjust as well as enhance my experience with hearing loss. After a year of finding the right hearing aid and fitting me with an accessory device- I can be an "active" participant in the community instead of "acting" like I understand what is going on.

      The office personnel at Hearing Eval. of Bflo. were courteous, friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Both Janelle and Tracy were very helpful and patient, both over the phone when I initially called as well as at the office. They were a pleasure!
