5 starsI am very pleased with the service I have received from HES. Staff very professional and audiologists very knowledgeable. Feel very comfortable with my hearing aid and BAHA implant. Very professional, yet friendly and accommodating. Dr. Alina S******* has been diligent and persistent in making sure I am comfortable and satisfied. I can hear so much better with my Lyric hearing aids, and they're invisible, no matter how I wear my hair. Wearing a face mask is no issue at all with these. Dr. S******* has earned a 5 star rating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my loved ones.
