  Great company. Moved from Long Island to **************. Will use again if I ever need to. ***********************, workers, driver (******), salesperson (*****), office staff... all top notch professionals. Smooth and coordinated. Picked up when they said they would. Delivered when they said they would. Can't say enough good things about Maffucci Movers. Honest and trustworthy in an industry full of not so trustworthy companies

  Maffucci's Moving staff were good. They arrived on time and also packed a few items for me... (unfortunately for me they also packed one of the cable boxes), but they were good..good team, wrapped and packed with care. I won't know anything about potential damage until I arrive at my destination as this is an international move. Five stars for the moving crew. Information that is necessary to the client was sorely missing............ I found myself constantly emailing or calling the office for basic information..... either you weren't informed or the person I was assigned did not know. This was frustrating at best. However, I give the moving crew four stars

  I hired Maffucci/Bekin from growing up on *** I had gotten other quotes with qeird charges like if i had stairs? Maffucci gave me a good price and made sure I knew what everything on my quote meant. My rep ****** was out of this world. I had explained I'd never done this before and she was by my side the whole way. Their follow up was amazing put me at ease. My move went exactly as they said and ******** was the best, Thank you *****. I moved from NY to AZ and I'm truly grateful it was with Maffucci.

  We had an excellent experience with Maffucci Moving and Storage! We had items moved from our home in *** to the Poconos and **********, **. From quoting to delivery, all aspects exceeded our expectations. Special shout out to our movers! The movers were respectful, efficient, and took excellent care of our items. We could not have been more pleased.

  A GREAT EXPERIENCE.A 40 mile move is as complicated as a 400 mile move. Every part of the journey was as smooth as glass. Bekins Maffucci WAS INCREDIBLE. The fabulous sales person, ******, was exacting on calculating the size of the truck and was a pleasure to work with. He is a *************. The moving team of 4, led by ******, were professional, pleasant, respectful, efficient, coordinated, talented, and just amazing! Great care was taken with protecting my white carpeting. The price including insurance was fantastic. I highly recommend Bekins Maffucci!!!! You will be elated.

  These guys are great. We had a Maffucci direct mailer in the house-received after we already had a carrier. That carrier called to say our driver wouldn't be available and they would be using a "partner", so we canceled. We called Maffucci. ***** was amazing and worked fast to prepare an estimate. Warm and capable she sold us on Maffucci with her experience within moments on our call. She got dates we needed. She knew how to manage tight schedules. She was plugged into all details of Maffucci's operation. We are totally in awe of *****'s dedication. She delivered on promises, checking in at each moving phase. She is a dream employee. ******* the **********************, ****** and ****** arrived on time. ******* communicated throughout the move with calls. This was the first time I had a mover with a coordinated, dedicated team of great employees. I spent my career managing operations teams. I know what it takes to deal with customers while doing your job. They knew how to wrap antique furniture. They treated my home, and my things with care. They made eye contact and listened when working with me. They were professional, warm and caring. They worked fast, and carefully. It was clear they took pride in their work. They were respectful to each other which reflects well on Maffucci. My experience with other companies is the salesperson is wonderful, and the movers have unpredictable skills and temperaments. NOT the case with Maffucci. Everyone from ***** through my goodbye to the team at delivery, showed excellence. The team totally got their jobs and how to take care of customers. Things went as planned through delivery. My items arrived in excellent condition. For the delivery, **** joined with ******* and **** since only three men were needed for unloading. **** was so experienced that I now had three (************************ and ****) seasoned movers who far exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

  We hired Maffucci Moving to ship 41 boxes from ******** to ****** ****** **. We dealt mostly with ****** who gave us an accurate quote of the charges and set a schedule for the truck to arrive and take away our load. Both pickup and delivery were on time and the movers on both ends were courteous and careful. Nothing we shipped was missing or broken. The price was exactly as had been previously discussed. I would highly recommend this company.

  Thank you to everyone in the Maffucci ************** who made our move from ******* to ******** so easy and comfortable. Starting with **** in the office who returned our calls immediately, to ***** who was always there to answer our questions and , most of all, to help us relax, feel comfortable and less stressed. The move itself, coordinated by *******, was quick and efficient and went smoothly. We are grateful to you all for making this difficult job so easy for us! We have already recommended your company to several of our friends and family!

  We are senior citizens and have been corporate moved (around 15 moves) throughout our almost 50 year marriage. We have always had "white glove" service with packing and unpacking service. The service provided by ******** on this move were definitely top notch!
  The service provided by ******** was by far one of our best experiences! The crew that came to our NYC Co-op recognized the value of our belongings, and even identified the manufacturer! They were very careful with our belongings, as well as the apartment. The team was very organized and seemed to know exactly what to do, without any words being interchanged between them.
  The team sent by ******** on the California end of the move was also very careful and considerate of the belongings and the spaces they were working in. Nothing was missing, and everything arrived in good shape. I was extremely impressed when the driver on the California side went over the items in our move from the loading sheets to be sure everything was delivered.
  If we should move again, I would definitely use ******** again!

  Let me start out by saying if I could leave zero stars I would.
  We recently had this company move us and wanted to let the world know that we are extremely dissatisfied with the damage that the movers caused and the fact that we were overcharged by these thieves. They left multiple marks and holes throughout our hallway and damaging our sprinkler head. No one ever contacted us to remedy the damage. The workers are incompetent, but I can't blame them because they were hired by an incompetent management team. At the end of the day management should be responsible for the work of their employees.
  This company never reached out to us to see how they were going to rectify the damages in my home. Instead, they went ahead and charged our card above the estimated charge without giving us an itemized list of charges. We do not agree with these charges and have disputed the additional charges with our CC company.
  We have gone through many reviews recently including, ****, ******, BBB, etc., and we found out that we are not the only ones who have crosses path with these thieves.
  Consumer beware!!!!! Stay far away from Maffucci Storage Corp. if you looking for professional movers.
