My vehicle was impounded by the ******** County Sheriffs on July 2nd, 2023. It was impounded and taken to Evans Mechanical on, **** **** rd Angola NY 14006, where my personal vehicle, and my personal trailer along with my 2022 ****** 52’ zero turn mower, and countless other misc. personal properties were taken and (2019 ******** **** **** edition) stored inside of their gated impound lot. I have attempted to reach them well over 28 x ‘s in less than a three week period. without a quote, in regards to my property, it was difficult to know what i needed to come up with. OnJuly 27th I went to their place of business and where my personal vehicle, trailer, and property were being stored. Upon arrival the front door was Locked and listed a number to call on the door, I then called, and witnessed their employee, Taylor, answer a cell phone and said he would be right there, to let me in. I then witnessed him unlock the gated areas to the impound and open my personal vehicle’s back passenger side door, and a person, of African American decent, dressed in all black, with large black sunglasses, black hoodie, with black pants emerge from my personal vehicle, with a large tan blanket, at that point I watched him roll a tan blanket around his/her arms several times and walk the outside of the fenced area and get into one of the properties other vehicles parked on the outside of the gated area. It was what looked like a Mack truck or an extremely large towing vehicle, with the name Evans Mechanical on the side. When I went in I retrieved my personal trailer and payed them for what they said was owed for the cost of just the trailer. On the 27th of July I paid Evans mechanical 1700.00. They claimed, I still owed them 2759.00 more, to get my personal truck out. I wanted to speak to the owner and dispute a few of the charges. The employee said I could wait for him, after an hour and 45 minutes, I left. I went back the very next day and told him that I had witnessed his employee
