Trucks were getting stuck in the mud. I didnt call for service at all. Evans Mechanical Services show up with 20 mins of me being stuck. I was assisted by the driver who was helpful. At the end the driver advised me of the total of 816.90. It only took the driver 30 mins to get me out the mud. The driver than tells me I have to pay a minimum of 2 hours which is 375.00. I was not advised of the amount till after the services. Had my boss call the company to see if something could be worked out. My boss talked to the Owner John I believe last name was Lamado. The owner was rude and nasty! I asked if a payment can be done in the morning if they could email me an invoice and also asked for an invoice for my insurance company. He replied no payment has to be done. My driver gave his driver 5 cards and their system was rejecting all the cards. I then spoke with the driver whom was a very understanding and nice person i feel bad for the guy for having such a bad boss. The tow driver calls his boss and advised him that his system isn't working to pay the payment. They tow driver advised him that my driver even showed him our bank balance to all the cards he tried to charge. We also offer to pay Apply pay, *****, and Cash app the tow driver called his bossed to let him know of the other options his boss said no. Instead his boss calls the police department on my driver whom is a black man saying he isn't trying to pay. His own driver tells the police officers which at this point is two cop cards that he is trying to pay our system just not trying to take the cards. Gave the tow driver 3 **** ******* cards and **** ** ******* cards. Then the boss calls the Police department again to tell them we are refusing to pay two more cops show up that's a total of 4 police officer on one black young man that is trying to pay his tow tuck driver. His tow truck driver once again advise the police and his own boss that my driver trying to pay just there system isn't working.
