I have received numerous calls from this collector and it starts at 5am (i thought that was illegal). They do not have my name correct, they have an address I have not lived at for over 16 years. They have tacked on over $1000 in "admin" fees. I just got a notice for garnishment of wages. How can they do that without the correct information or my name? The information They have provided me does not match to my notices I've received directly from the VA regarding my debt. If they "own" my debt, then how did they not get my correct information. Harassing calls start at 5am every morning. Calling from numbers local to me, my hometown and TX. They leave VM so often they have jammed my inbox full.
The most obnoxious business to deal with.

Absolutely Zero effort by this company to do any sort of homework when seeking out individuals for collections. They sent a collections notice to my employer for a location where I have never been, (a city that they are collecting for), I have never been or lived in the City where they sent the notice, and they refused to provide any portion of the Owner Identification Number that would have been required in the United States to open a Safe Deposit Box or Post Office Box account.
This is likely because they know they are sending these letters out to the wrong people and are just trying to hook anyone gullible enough to respond.
This is barely a step above FRAUD and should be further investigated.
