    This company is a complete scam. They never send the never even send the packages. After see what other people say online, I had the same experience. 3+ weeks with no tracking number. Then they give you a fake tracking number that will end up telling you its delivered when it never existed.

    I ordered two packages from what prank. After almost 3 weeks package one finally has a tracking number but still hasnt moved after a week. The second package has the wrong shipping address on the order and no tracking issued. Ive tried calling, emailing, chatting and even messaging on ******** with the company to try to resolve the matter there is never an answer. I did get someone on ******** messanger but they did nothing to help except say they were going to help and never responded again. Now Im out almost $30 with no help from the company. Very unprofessional

    Placed order with WhatPrank on 12-31-24 with estimated delivery date of a week.After two weeks, order had still not shipped, so I contacted company.Between 1-14-25 and 2-15-25 I contacted the company over a dozen times, multiple times via their email support, their website chat function/website ticket source, and phone number. Company has not responded to any of the dozen contact attempts, my order has still not shipped, and I am still out the money.

    I placed an order on August 5th (order #*****) and, as of today, August 18th, I have not received any confirmation of shipment. According to your FAQ, orders are supposed to be shipped within one to three business days, which clearly has not happened in this case.On August 13th, I attempted to contact you through the email address provided in my order confirmation, but the email bounced back. I then used the chat feature on your website to inquire about the status of my order, but I have not received a response. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. Although the order is only $13.99, I paid for a product that I have yet to receive, and I expect either a prompt shipment or a full refund immediately. Please address this issue without further delay. I look forward to your swift response

    Purchased an item on August 6th that said I will receive an email notifying me of shipment. It says shipments go out within 3 business days. On August 13th I emailed and asked for an update because it had been a week. The email bounced back so I looked online for another email and it went through. I called the number listed and it is continuously busy. The other number on their amazon account is a cell that is not answered. I just want my money back now since they are not responding and did not send the item and will not get back to me.

    I received an anonymous prank that was shipped to my home by this company. I have reason to believe this prank was ordered by and paid for by someone specific that I have criminal charges against due to stalking and harassment. This company claims this pranks are only to be used for fun with friends and family, and to not be used to harass or abuse people. I explained to this company that I currently have 3 harassment complaints filed against this person. I asked them to reveal the sender information so I can have that proof to use in court. I have been reaching out to the company for 2 weeks now and they are ignoring me. I have also reached out on social media and I have also asked my local police department to contact them.
