    placed an order over a month ago, zero communication of the order being shipped or processed, however they did happily take my money. i've called (phones go straight to voicemail), emailed, chatted them on their website, sent them a Reddit message, and an instagram message... multiple messages in each format... no reply. it seems like it's a scam and i'm out money. do not use these people for your pranks!

    They sent the prank to my address. Not to the victims address. I have tried every way possible to get a hold of the company email, IM, and phone. The phone number goes straight to busy signal. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would strongly suggest you never order anything from this company. They are incompetent and unreliable. I wish I could give negative stats.
