    I was in a car accident 3/4/2025. This company towed my car along with the other persons car. The other person took responsibility and his insurance company paid for my damages but this tow company took my car and it had to be repaired by them. I could never speak to the actual mechanic, I could never speak to anyone who worked on my car. For over a month the had the car and told me to pick it up while a piece was still missing and the arm rest wasnt fixed. I picked the car up from them on 4/14 They were waiting for the price to come in the mail. I had my dealership fix the arm rest. The administration person was always rude to me never followed up with me about anything I was constantly chasing down answers. I received my car back and it was making a nose when I gave it back to them to get fixed on 5/7 and they have not answered my calls, communicated with me or provided an update on the status of my car. I can see that the car is being moved around from place to place. I was told they cant find the issue and on Mothers Day they were sending it to another auto shop 5/11. I received a text saying that they would be in touch on 5/10 and that my car was being moved again.
