    I brought my 2015 ************* C300 to Kove Autobody after an accident on December 15, 2024. They told me from the start they would handle everything, including replacing the rims and tire listed in the Geico supplement. Despite repeated follow-ups, they delayed the process for over 3 months, claiming they didnt know the rim size (even though it's clearly stamped on the back, as confirmed by the Geico adjuster).They ordered the wrong size, never replaced the rims, and returned my car on March 7, 2025, only after I brought in my old damaged rims. I was never reimbursed for the 2 rims and 1 tire listed in the supplement. They stopped responding to my messages, and Ive had to take legal action. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled.
