All I know is that I have never heard of paddle. ink in my entire life there is a charge listed for 36 summer dollars from this company for which I have never authorized knowing that my authorized this 3rd party to make this charge I am very careful as to my monthly expenditure is being disabled and on social security I like this company to be investigated be investigated I want nothing further to do with them and I want an immediate Refund of the 36 summer dollar charge and I want nothing to do with them again in the future please help me I'm a victim of a Very elaborate scam . I got an offer in the amount of $630 from peddle to sell my car to them, but when the towing carrier presented to pick it up, he only paid me $505, so when I contacted ******, they said they changed it for no reason!! On Friday, August 5, 2022 Paddle.com charged my **** $83.99 via PayPal for a renewal subscription that I never even signed up for. I am currently in dispute with PayPal over another charge, however PayPal was to put a freeze on my account. This company hit my paypal account. Paypal account ***************** Last four of Credit card... This was hit with paypal balance then it used backup account to draw the balance.Transaction amount was sent below $108.00 This was charged July 8th 2022.I have no idea who this company is and didn't authorize this transaction. I see on BBB there are several people getting hit by this same company and no response from them. They said I signed up for some software I never heard of. But would not provide me with any proof. They said they would not charge me again. But would not refund me a dime.

My credit card has purchases every month from February 9,2022 and each month there after in the amount of $39.99 up to today July 1, 2022 that I did not authorize. These are fraudulent charges and I have tried to reach out to this consumer. They are unable to assist because the email doesnt match. The email they have on file is not mine and I have tried to call and email and do a chat but have gotten no assistance to stop the charges. I purchased a 7 day access on July 8 to create a **** of sale for a car sale that we will be doing in the next week. I didnt want to be charged the renewal fee of $33 so I cancelled that membership but assumed I would still get my 7 days of what I paid for. Ive reached out to paddle and law district via email multiple times only to be told that I need to reactive and pay again. This is not right and there should be a disclaimer that if you cancel before your period is up you will lose all access. This is regarding Paddle.com's unacceptable customer service. They knowingly withheld from me that someone was fraudulently using my credit card to purchase from them for a week.I noticed a charged from Paddle on my credit card statement that I did not recognize. I attempted to call them during business hours, but their system as set up couldn't even put me on hold to wait to speak to a person. The virtual assistant on their website is not programmed to answer questions about possible fraud. It took a day for someone to email me, and they assured me the charge was a mistake and had been refunded.5 days later, not only was the charge not refunded, but another charge was made on my account. I called again, no answer. I followed up to the email, asking for clarification. It took two days for someone to respond and inform me of the email address linked to the purchase. The email address was not mine, meaning that Paddle knew someone else was using my card and did not inform me immediately, even though my initial query included my email and information, so they would have known from the start something was wrong. This is a completely unacceptable way for a financial services company to go about handling the security of a customer's payment information. A competent customer service rep would have seen from the start that the email behind the charge was not mine, and informed me. Instead, someone has had access to my card information for over a week because of Paddle's incompetence. I've already canceled my credit card and had the charges disputed as fraud. I want the reps from Paddle to confirm to me that they have flagged the account using my information and reported it for identity theft.Business Response

I do not know the full email linked with the order. As I have said, and keep saying, the main issue here was fraud, and someone using my credit card for the purchases. Paddle stated that bu***************** was the email linked to the account, you will need to get the full address from them.m
The purchase amounts and dates were:

please stop any subscription and stop charged my PayPal. I never sign up or use their software/ website. I try to cancel the charge back to April 28, 2022. They still did not do it. Not only that they change my PayPal account again for $50.17. I went to their website, their website don't even have cancel subscription feature or live person that I can speak to. I chart to their robot online, the robot can not find my account or order. the company located in **. they set up a account in ** to change people money.
