    Livingston Lawn and Landscaping was hired for a one time job of cleaning out flower beds, and trim rose bushes and shrubs. After the clean out, it was agreed by both parties to apply Preen, a weed deterrent, and later in the contract, mulch.
    Sloppy work was noticed, poor communication, no show and no calls for days expected to be here. Feel I was lied to and over charged for the mulch which was $400 and supposedly used 42 bags? Not true.
    Within 2 weeks, the weeds were apparent through the mulch, which was applied very sparingly along with the Preen. Since I am in a wheelchair, in my 80's, and unable to get outside to oversee his work, I feel I was taken advantage of and would rate him and his company unsatisfactory.
