I placed an order an order on 01/28/2023 and have yet to receive my item. I have email several times and have been told the item is being sent and never received shipping info, I continue to email weekly asking for update and they have stopped communicating.Customer Answer

I ordered a shirt from ServedFresh on April 30th 2023 and paid $40.96. Their website said to contact them if there hasnt been any updates in 14 days so I did that. I have emailed customer service address three times and DMd twice in the last week and a half with no response. I dealt business with them before with no issues, but this time around all they care about is stealing peoples money and washing their hands when paying customers complain (including me). I either want my money back or my item. Item number is #***** and I was not given a tracking number or info that the item was shipped.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt on 3/15/23 and have not received and type of confirmation or update pertaining to my order. I spent $68.15 on my order, *** tried calling emailing and texting the given ways of communicating, but Ive heard nothing back. I made a purchase with this company on 3/5, and after 2 weeks passed, I did not receive my tracking information. I sent 3 emails and there has been no response. On 3/28, I spoke to someone, and he claimed I will receive my package by 4/1, which never arrived. On 4/4, I spoke to someone else, and he passed the blame and stated I should receive my tracking information within an hour. It is now 4/6 and I still do not have my package or information if they sent it. No one responds to emails or answers the phone. This is a HORRIBLE company to purchase from. On December 11, 2022 I placed an order RF# ***** for six items, the tracking number was **** **********************. On December 23, 2022 I received a delivery with only five of the six items I purchased, the inventory slip in the package also reflected that I ordered six items as well as my receipt. On December 27, 2022, I emailed ***************************************************************** to inform them of my missing merchandise. I also included pictures of the delivered items and the inventory slip that was included with the package which showed five of the six items checked off. ************* responded the next day offering three options to rectify their mistake: 1) immediate shipment upon restock (***** days), 2) replacement of the order with an alternative design t-shirt, and 3) store credit. On January 3, 2023 I emailed back to choose option 1) immediate shipment upon restock. The same day ************* responded and confirmed that prioritized tracking info will be emailed to me at the time of shipment. That was the last of the communication. I have followed up with them by sending several emails (no response), I have tried calling the phone number countless times (no answer), and I reach reached out via social media multiple times and have not received any response at all. I purchased a sweatshirt from Served Fresh on September 19, 2022 and was charged $77.90. I have never received my item. The website states if you havent received your order in two weeks to contact customer care. Its been well over a month and a half and I have emailed them numerous times and DMd them on Instagram. No one ever responds yet they are very active on social media. I would like to request a refund.
