    Will not recommend this company's service to anyone. The rep showed up promptly before signing the contract, once the contract was signed and the advance was paid and the money was released, we had to call several times to get the work started. We were informed that they could not schedule because of the other projects they were working on that went on for few weeks. When the work started when asked the scope of work, nothing was provided to us. Awfully Terrible experience, very unprofessional, not trustworthy, when asked when the work will be completed, giving us run around and showing attitude, Cursing and yelling at us, Throwing tantrums. Sometime the workers show up sometimes they don't show for work, workers show up for half a day, leave the work incomplete when the business is contacted, they mention scheduling issues. Most of the work is done by untrained professionals or day labor. When contacted they get angry and nasty. They are Contractor from **** Please when checking reviews please check the Low star rating First, our mistake was not reviewing the business properly, when reviewing it showed 5/5 we didn't filter to low rating reviews, their style of operation and service seems to be similar when comes to customers with bad experience Quality of work is not satisfactory. Work should have been completed in 8 to 12 days, took more than 3 weeks and counting. Running out of words to express my disappointment If there is an option to give -ve rating would do so.

    We are sorry that you have felt that the work performed was substandard and are aware of your concerns. We have made numerous attempts to come and rectify the minor touch *** within the bathroom but the owner (*****) has been banned from the site to rectify the matter due to false pretenses outlined within this review. We have made numerous attempts to come and patch the light where it had to be centered over the vanity for aesthetic purposes and have to finish the plaster and then paint the 2gap that was left open. As for the electric, the **** was working in the bathroom when we were made aware of the power outage during a storm, we remedied the situation by scheduling our electrician to come and take a look. The customer had informed us that the neighbor would come by and fix whatever it was he thought we disrupted and after a follow up to customer, w had been told there was no issues with the electric. It would b odd that an LED with existing wiring would blow out the entire house but not the **** located on the same line. As for the cursing and misbehavior on ****** end- text messages at 5:30am are not appropriate to be discussed and should be formally walked through during business hours with the office, who the said customer was referred to correspond with as harassment was felt on ****** end. There was still no cursing involved and I wish I could upload a screenshot of a polite response to reah out the the office staff as they can better assist and things were not being discussed professionally. The loan funds had been authorized by your family to be released, contingent on the package scope with the combined deck and bathroom renovations. In respect to temper issues, I did in fact raise my voice a bit to my two employees as I knew the severity of the customers concerns and saw that some wires were moved around and was unable to get a clear answer as a language barrier and denial from them made it hard to get the point across. In no way shape or form was my frustration directed towards the customers wife who had been at the top of the stairs and i was unaware that she was present listening in or we would have addressed the workers accordingly and privately. We have also made numerous requests to return but early evening is not the time to begin a job after working all day and being tired. All we needed was a few hours in the morning and we would have been in and out and done as according to schedule. The customer writing this review in my opinion, attempting to get a discounted bathroom and refunded disbursements and using my behavior as a ploy to justify the issues and not let me onsite to inspect and rectify the matters presented so there is remedy for his claim and leaving us in limbo and liable for aspects of the job that we had nothing to do with- ultimately getting a free bathroom an not continuing with the deck (as the deck was a package deL and the bathroom was thrown in at a discounted rate for the two scopes agreed to be done simultaneously for cost aspects-allowing us to reduce the bath price but it was insisted we started and I out of good faith agreed so that once I was done so we or defamation of our company based on false notions without adequate support to complete them or even let us back could keep things moving. We are in in tune with a bound agreement to complete the deck and we plan to do so, but must resolve all these misrepresented clauses before hand to avoid any additional liability and to plan the deck scope of the work to allow for complete sections with a proper layout. In respect to privacy of other customers and viewers we would appreciate if you do not state the institutions name without consent as well as figures disbursed. That is inappropriate on a variety of reasons. In the end I think this was a plan to get a free bathroom, throw me off the site so I cant gather proper information and then request the money back from the loan to use the bathroom disaster as their ration
