I went there with my daughter about 2 weeks ago maybe less. I noticed some poison ivy on the golf course just told my daughter to stay away . Then we went to ropes course again we saw more and in some walk threw temple thing. But why I'm complaining is because my daughter got Poison sumac it was told by the doctor we where on the boats and she was having fun I noticed there was alot of it by the boats and in the water and it's everywhere the next day my daughter woke up covered n she showered that night. I took her to the doctors right away n they said it was poison sumac I freaked out I said what did you touch she said the pretty leaves by the ************* fall I was so upset honestly they way it's growing it looks like the business. Doess not care that this is a family theme park that has a serious issue there you can barely walk threw there golf course it's over frown thorn bushes n the poison ivy I wish the town or poison control or board of health would go there and make them fix this my daughter is still healing it's a serious health risk and dangerous for children there please make this business fix this issue before someone gets really hurt. **********

Awful experience!! My husband and I went to Bayville's Winter Wonderland this past weekend. We paid $62 just to walk in. All of the other activities were add ons. The add ons had to be paid with cash only! (SKETCHY!) We paid $28 for mini golf for 2. The mini golf should not be open during the winter time because they do not do a good job of maintaining it. The holes were filled with murky water, dirt, and leaves. Our ***** were lost as they were stuck in the pipes. W had to climb into the water to grab an extra ball. We shared one ball for half of the course. Now for the haunted house. It cost $82 for 2 to attend ONE Christmas themed haunted house. It was only 5 minutes long. VERY overpriced. When all was said and done we spent $172. When I reached out to express my concerns and ask for a refund, the owner sent back an aggressive email back. I would have even taken a partial refund. I was accused of lying about prices. I was never given a receipt. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

Terrible i had a groupon and i understand the fine print of it wasnt clear at all which isnt there fault but ******** who works there was so nasty ive never experienced a worker like this one especially infront of my kids ridiculous we just asked a question and wanted to speak to the manager which wouldnt even come speak to us to try to accommodate us after us driving 2 hours for nothing. The person in front didnt even look at the tickets. I have 3 businesses myself and will always accommodate my customers i was so disgusted. **************** was disgusting. ******** should be fired effective immediately if one of my employees spoke like that it falls on me. She raised her voice and spoke so rude and my daughter got scared. we waited on a hour line for them to tell us our tickets we bought werent the right ones after driving 2 hours there and back.

terrible experience and not worth the hype they give. Spent 88$ for all six haunted houses and the fast pass but left after 2 houses and over 2 hours. First when we arrive the workers have no clue where we can park the guy literally told us just find somewhere. Then we wait in a line for 20 minutes before were told its the line to buy tickets and we already had them. When you get inside there are no lights near the bathrooms and everything is completely covered in mud. There are no signs showing which houses are where adding to the confusion. We went into the clown house and there wasnt a single scary thing about the place. Some props were broken or just not working. The temple is where we went next and there was no one at the entrance to the speed pass line so anyone and everyone was walking down without question which made the wait longer than it should have been. When we get inside its just a mud pit maze with literally a single costume employee. There was nothing even remotely to give you a fright and it was just boring. The last straw came when one house decided to not open their fast pass line (something we paid for) and then when we went to the cafe for food they had not a single thing to eat but cotton candy and popcorn. None of the other food options were available and the workers just kept pushing alcohol. We drove so you can see why thats not a good thing. But the tons of high school students there visibly drunk and getting drinks from the bar without being carded surely enjoyed it. Waist of nearly 90$ and a hour plus drive. Ended up just going to a diner to get food snd go home. Dont waist your money. There are much better haunted attractions then this place. Would love a refund but they make sure to let you know multiple times in their website that they dont give them for a single reason.
