On August 2 2023, I called HotelNparking @ ************. I made reservation for Hotel/Park Cruise package for April 6-7, **** and returning April 14, **** (Car Pickup) @ *** **** **** in ***** **. The man made the Reservation and told me $34.20 deposit and rest of Payment Due at check in. I gave him my Credit card info and he gave me a reservation #***********, and said the confirmation and reservation info would come to my email address I gave him. I have not received any info concerning this reservation. I called *** **** **** and they told me they have nothing for me in April ****, Nothing from HotelNParking #.I have called two numbers ***************************** and left messages, no one has respond to my calls, no one answers the phone anymore. I have sent emails to all email address ******************************** ********************************** I have not received an email from them at all. I would like to get my money back, since I will have to reserve another Place. I'm going to let the credit card company know about this also. Thank You for your TimeCustomer Answer

Hotelnparking.com took a deposit from me but did not book the hotel or provide any service. I have been unable to reach anybody at all the contact numbers they provide. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and have filed a complaint with the *** for fraud.Business Response

On Nov 16 2022 client used our website to secure a reservation at ************************ from an allotment of rooms at the hotel. The package includes a room night, long term parking and shuttle service. Due to the transient nature of hotels, this property did not honor the reservation due to an overbooking situation, but they failed to notify us or the guest prior to his arrival at the property. If for any reason, the property is unable or unwilling to provide the service as needed, the client would be refunded in full. This client prepaid an advance deposit of $33.90, but since he has initiated a formal dispute with his credit card provider, the transaction is no longer eligible for a refund from our end. Once the bank applies the chargeback, he will be refunded in full.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The company has not tried to resolve the issue with me. Had I not complained to the BBB, FTC and Visa, the company would have made no effort to refund me. I tried on numerous occasions to contact ****************** using all forms of contact information provided. They did not return calls to all 3 numbers that they listed. They did not return emails. There contention that RedRoof Inn in **** ****** was overbooked is false. There were rooms available up to and including the check in date. I chose to book a hotel room elsewhere in the interim. I have sent many documents to Visa and the BBB, including the last email correspondence (as the attachments were clearly visible on this email). I have not received a refund. My credit card company, HomeTrust Visa, have requested further information to resolve my complaint. Hotelnparking.com have not refunded my money. I believe hotelnparking.com to be an unscrupulous business preying on consumers by taking deposits and offering no service in return.
Your email claims that it is out of there hands because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I did not have a choice, as hotelnparking.com would not respond to any attempts to contact them and there online cancellation request would not work and there online contact form would not work.

I am trying to cancel a reservation, I have called and emailed countless times. all the phone numbers they provide no one answers also all the emails I have sent do not get replies. I need to cancel this reservation so I wont be charged.Customer Answer

I made an online reservation on July 20, 2022 for a hotel stay and car parking at Best Western Hotel and suites near the **************** in ********* **. I received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel on Friday August 12th they did not have my reservation nor had they heard of any such booking company. After much deliberation and attempts to find my reservation to no avail I had to rebook directly through the hotel which cost me more money in the end. I now have two charges on my credit card and cannot get ahold of this business hotelnparking.com to try and get a refund. I have sent them emails and made phone calls including leaving a voice mail and no follow up from them as of yet. I want a refund back on my credit card. I will never refer this company to anyone.Business Response

Im so sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. We tried to contact the guest. After 3 weeks of email requests to the hotel and its management, along with un-returned phone calls, the hotel would not honor the discounted rate so as a last resort, the reservation request was cancelled.
The guest was notified by email on 8/09/2022 to ********************** A full refund of the deposit was already issued on 8/10/2022.

The email sent to me from the business went to my junk mail that I just found today. Also I never received any phone calls from the business. However, I accept that I got a refund and did hear back from them.
