12/ 5 - purchase. I would like the dealership to take back the vehicle as this was a poorly handled deal with the salesperson with text messages to show. I tried to resolve on my own but had no luck with speaking with the sales rep who assisted me via text messages. I was told they could sell my suv as is for a brand new suv price after obtaining the information via text a resolution to this poorly executed deal would be to take the vehicle back and credit my lender account for the remaining balance to payoff the vehicle of 44041.45. I wad misled by the sales agent who handled my deal who no longer works for their dealership. I was told that features would be available on the final suv that were mandatory for my vehicle to have l. I was also provided a different amount for financing and pushed to take on a extended warranty after staying twice to the manager that I declined the extra and wanted to keep my payments down but felt pressure and forced to add it on. I wad not informed it was a split either that there were 3 additional charges. I would just like to bring rhe vehicle back as they do jot have any trucks to trade and the overage on this vehicle due to the poorly executed deal makes it impossible for me to get a new vehicle to replace it . Thank you for your help and your time

I had an appointment yesterday 12/11 at 9 a.m. for my front passenger tire pressure sensor, which I said I'd drop my Jeep off Sunday night for... literally turn the car on and it says that tire has 0 psi

... I call at noon to check on it....

"It's not our job to walk the parking lot and look for vehicles needing service"
"We're down a tech and super behind, so I don't know if they'll get to it in the four hours after they get back from lunch"
"We'll call you if we get to it but if you don't hear back from me it'll have to be tomorrow"
    .... calls me at 4:16....
"I'm calling to let you know it's your front tire pressure sensor, the rest were fine. We also found a bad outer tie rod, it'll be $935."
Me- it's there for the tire pressure sensor, which I knew was bad, let's get that fixed. It can still get done today right?"
"I'm not sure they'll be able to in the next 40 minutes"
.... I call back at 4:55 and ask for the quote for just the tire pressure sensor and am told $405 plus tax, they just started it and it will be done in the morning...
"It's done, you can come get it"
..... when I walk in, the girl tosses my paperwork to the girl in front of her
    "ok, so it's $650 today"

I asked to see the bill, which was $185 for parts and a random $509.85 in the corner... I was then talked to like I was dumb. I then asked to see the manager. The girl that took my paperwork was in the managers office for 8 minutes. The girl that I spoke to all day yesterday then went into the managers office and was in there for 15 minutes. "They're researching it"

The girl then comes out of the office after another 6 minutes and says "OK, it's fixed"
Me- alright and can I ask what the issue was?
"Yeah and it's fixed" ... as she walks away down a hallway

The other service department reps were walking through the customer waiting area, complaining swearing and sighing. Apparently, their printer wasn't working. I then heard a male yelling and cursing at one of the service reps about breaking his printer.

THE MANAGER NOW DECIDES TO COME OUT OF HIS OFFICE

Does not come speak to me, but goes to look at the printer. It's now working. He then turns walks towards me, smirks and walks back into his office.

"Alright miss ********, let's get you out of here, sorry my desk is a mess"
"This entire place is a mess...."

Guys, when I tell you I snapped... I snapped. I lost my ever loving composure. I don't remember everything I said, but I definitely told them if they looked out the ******* window they could've found my ******* vehicle and it would've been done yesterday when my scheduled appointment was that I waited over a month for....

But, the light on my dash is now off.

Please accept this letter as our response to complaint ID ******** regarding ******** ****** and her 2013 **** ***** ********.  Ms. ****** did have an appointment on December 11, 2023 and she did drop it off the night before.  The staff did not know the vehicle was there until Ms. ****** called at noon to check on it.  The keys where left in the vehicle and not in the drop box envelop that would normally be filled out with the customers contact information.  Once contact was made and the vehicle was located, the service advisor was told to look at the passenger front tire pressure sensor and rear transfer case oil leak.  The vehicle was pulled in, diagnosed and customer was contacted with quote.  Ms. ****** declined all work except the tire pressure sensor.  When she came to pick up the original bill included the diagnostic fee for the rear transfer case, which we ultimately ended up waiving for Ms. ****** bringing the total to the quoted price for just the tire pressure sensor.  There was some miscommunication on both parties that made the visit take a little longer but at the end the customer got what they requested and paid the proper amount for those services.  We don’t believe the rocky visit warrants a complete refund when there are no issues with the actual repair.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any further discussion on this complaint.

    Sincerely,
    Binghamton Service
