    I am sadly disappointed and displeased with a service I received at this location. I have been a customer and have never had prior issues with my car. This visit, I got service done and they did not take accountability for a fault they caused to my vehicle.
    Prior to leaving the dealership, my car completely shut off. In confusion, I alerted the mechanics and they looked over their work. After waiting over an hour, they admitted they were at fault for improper maintenance of service to my vehicle.
    In an attempt to place blame on me, they presumed my delay in service was the issue for the faulty mishap. They did not follow proper protocol with ensuring my battery was properly replaced. I do not recommend anyone go to this establishment. If I would’ve driven off the lot and lord forbid got into an accident, thanks to God I did not. I am unsure if they wouldn’t have understood the small mishap in proper protocol, could have played out differently, had they follow protocol. The two younger workers there we not apologetic or accepting of Their fault. It was not until they were prompted to be accountable that they spoke up. It is very disrespectful that they laughed and assumed I would dismiss this negligence. This is bad business.
    I hope in the future, they are more vigilant and mindful of how they service all cars that they encounter. We all deserve the proper respect, customer curtesy and honesty with our vehicles.
