They advertised to d price match and also $100 off of the quote with the discount code. Once I receive the quote and called them, they said they do not do price match with any lower. But certainly it is the highest quote from the other companies I have gotten the quotes from. And that $100 is a far light.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

Our goal is always to ensure the pricing we provide is realistic based on current market conditions and can reliably secure a vetted, insured carrier. If a price match is declined, its done with the customers best interest in mind, as honoring an unrealistically low quote could result in delays or an incomplete shipment.
We take pride in maintaining transparency and high standards in the service we provide, and were sorry if any part of your experience did not reflect that. We appreciate your consideration and are here if you'd like to revisit your shipment with us.

I was very happy with my experience with *** *********************** I had a lot of great support especially from **** in **************** who was there for me every step of the way. It was the first time I had ever had to transport a vehicle and he would come into the chat (they would transfer me to him) to help me every step of the way. They quote they provided was exactly what it cost. The finance department was also very helpful when a form did not come through and they sent it again. I had a very good transport company as well with ******** from ********, **. It may not be normal, I don't know, but I called on Friday and my truck was here from ****** to ************* on Tuesday around noon. The driver was very friendly and very careful with my truck. I can't tell you how very glad I was that my son had recommended *** and that I went with them. I would gladly use them again if I ever had to do it again. Again, big kudos and a million thanks to **** for making it easy to understand, allaying my fears and keeping track of everything for me.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

First time shipping a car, and I was scared shipping a vehicle cross country. I read all the reviews from BBB and experiences of companies jacking up the prince on delivery so I was on edge.SGT made it seamless. I finalized the pickup and I paid for guaranteed pickup date. The car was picked up the on that day and delivered a day early without incident. I was able to call the driver for updates and everyone was friendly and easy to talk to.I'd definitely recommend and plan to use them in the future.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

Very dishonest company. They say they will have a transport within 2-3 days but this is only to **** you in so you agree to their contract, which evidently in the very small print, obligates you to paying a $149 nonrefundable cancellation fee. So be very sure you want to use this disreputable company before you agree to their contract.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions available before, during, and after booking, a cancellation fee applies if a customer chooses to cancel before the end of the agreed pickup window. This policy is in place not to penalize our customers, but to cover the immediate and significant resources we dedicate once a contract is signed. These terms are not hiddenthey are clearly linked in our customer communications, outlined on our website, and acknowledged in the signed agreement.
We appreciate all honest feedback and, in turn, believe in offering the same. Like any reputable business, we invest considerable time, money, and effort to serve our customers, aiming to deliver successful outcomes for both parties. When our services are utilizedespecially the labor-intensive process of coordinating and securing transportation through our vetted carrier networkand then canceled prematurely, the cancellation fee covers the real costs already incurred.
SGT Auto Transport was hired to use our extensive industry knowledge and proprietary network of licensed and insured motor carriers to secure transport on your behalf. We commit to our clients through binding agreements to ensure high standards and accountability, which is ultimately to benefit and protect our customers.
We understand that first-time shippers may not realize how much work goes into arranging a safe and legal vehicle shipment. This includes vetting carriers for proper insurance, DOT compliance, availability, and route coordination. Once your service agreement was signed, our team began this process immediately. Cancelling after these efforts were set in motion constitutes a breach of the agreement, making the cancellation fee valid and applicable.
To suggest that our service is dishonest is not only inaccurate, but overlooks the transparency and integrity we apply in every customer interaction. No one is forced to use our servicesbut when someone chooses to do so and later cancels after our team has invested resources, declining to cover those costs is simply unreasonable and unethical.
We strive to be as fair, clear, and professional as possible in every step of the transport process, and we appreciate you allowing us to clarify our side.

If I could give 0 stars, I would..I called **** got a quote, and signed a contract 2 weeks ahead of time. The day before my car was scheduled to be picked up, they called and changed to contract and increased the price $300 more. The car does not leave ******* when its suppose to and is delayed being dropped off, all for more money. As a Veteran, They dont give discounts like the site states.From *** not honoring there contract prices & increasing them on the last day, to the car not leaving ******* when it was suppose to, now its a delay in delivery Complete inconveniences, lies, and deception tactics!Use a different company for sure.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

In such cases, our team reaches out in advance to discuss any necessary adjustments before proceeding, and the customer is never obligated to accept the change.Regarding the delivery timeline, all pickup and drop-off dates are estimated, as noted in our terms and conditions. Delays can occur due to unforeseen logistical factors such as weather, traffic, or carrier scheduling. We understand how frustrating this can be and always strive to minimize such disruptions.
Concerning the Veteran discount, we are proud to support those who have served. To ensure the discount is applied, customers must let us know they are eligible at the time of booking. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your interaction.

Sgt Auto Transport caused deep frustration and disappointment regarding the service I received from them. They have very poor and unreliable customer service representatives. My vehicle was not picked up on the agreed date and time, The pickup also missed the estimated window I was given leading to me having to pay out of pocket to have my employee wait for a driver to pick up my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to reach anyone from their customer service team via phone and was forced to wait on hold for an extended period of time. I did not receive any meaningful updates pertaining to my vehicle pickup. Just a representative saying they would give me a call back, after hours of waiting I did not receive a call from anyone at the company. This lack of communication and failure to deliver as promised is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional and reliable service but instead Ive been left without answers.SGT Auto Transport Corp.

They picked up my vehicles and my address in ******** **** ****** on 30 May 2025, I received them in pace Florida and my new address on 31 May 2025, which was remarkable. Both vehicles ran as they are supposed to. They deliver my vehicles. The only problem was Communication of payment. Which was taken care of. I would recommend them if anyone wanted to move vehicles without driving. Excellent service.SGT Auto Transport Corp.
