  Do not use this company. Even if you have to pay a little more somewhere else trust me you are better off!! DO NOT USE SGT AUTO TRANSPORT!! THEY LIE ABOUT BEING INSURED. THEIR INSURANCE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR BEING DAMAGED BY THE HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY BROKERED OUT CALLED US AUTO TRANSPORT OUT OF PEMBROKE PINES FLORIDA .THE DRIVER PEDRO ARCILA DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND LIED TO EVERY ONE ABOUT IT!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

It is important to note that SGT Auto Transport is a broker, and as such, we do not own any of the trucks that we use for transporting vehicles. However, we only work with fully licensed and insured carriers who have proper insurance coverage. We are happy to confirm that the carrier we used for your transport is insured and covered by cargo insurance, which should cover the cost of any damages incurred during transport. We take insurance coverage very seriously and always ensure that our carriers have proper insurance coverage before working with them. We understand that dealing with insurance claims can be a frustrating and time-consuming process, and we want to make sure that we do everything we can to help facilitate the claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.   After seeing all the fantastic reviews and everybody’s accolades as to this company’s promise to attention and quick response, as well as fast shipping, I decided to try them out over the weekend only to find out that no one ever called me back they make you fill out the survey before they even get a hold of you so you have to give them five stars as to how easy it was to request a quote. So basically, they just have people give them five stars on how they get a quote started not how they finish up with a quote. I called them three times today Monday only to be told that somebody was working on my case and would call me right back I don’t know what right back means to these people but I can promise you it’s not 48 hours. Here it is 930 at night and I’m still waiting for someone to call me back right away promising me five star service more like one star service. I would never recommend these people and will never use them again. I ended up finding a shipper in an 1 hour tonight at 9:15 PM - they not only gave me a quote right away, but also set up the truck for tomorrow. I’m sure tomorrow I still won’t get a response from these five star shippers and good riddance. By the time they do call me back my car will have already been delivered to the location It was supposed to be delivered to. If I could give them less than one star, I would
