    They moved my car from Florida to Minnesota. They quoted a price and I signed the agreement. They were very highly rated. In a few hours they called and said the car had been picked up. This was on Tuesday. I didn’t believe the car was picked up, so I called the seller and of course the car had not been picked up. I called SGT and they said they made a mistake and that the car would be picked up the next day , Wednesday. It was not. Thursday comes. The car is not picked up. I wasn’t in a hurry, but was getting worried with the miscommunications and lack of communication. Friday the seller of the car texts me and said he had not heard from SGT. I told SGT early what the sellers’ hours were and that they were not open on the weekend. I called SGT. Now I’m upset about the communication. They tell me the car will be picked up on Saturday. . SGT calls me back and tells me the car would be picked up on Monday and they would refund me $175. Dollars. They had already taken $310 dollars from my card. The total price originally was $1410. When the car arrived, the driver said I owed him $1275. He said that was his contract with SGT. $1275+310. =$1585. SGT does refund my card $175 to bring the total to $1410, so they lied about a the discount. I had a number of communication’s with SGT and they just ran me around. The worst part was when the car was delivered it was filthy even though it was enclosed. The battery was dead because the driver left something on so we couldn’t get the car out.It took two hours to unload it. It was transported in a crappy pull behind two car trailer. I thought I was getting a professional shipping company. It was not! Very bad communication, lies and misleading. DO NOT SHIP WITH A BROKER!!! Deal with a shipping company directly that has their own trucks.
