    I must say i was nerves at first useing this company but they did do what they said they would do and got my truck here in three days .they used ****** **** *******  llc. And the driver name was rivera if u guys would like to request the same person and they transport my vehicle from New Orleans to Auburn,Wa thats 3,000miles thank you guys for getting my truck here safely with no added problems. i would recommend and will be using you guys again to transport my mom vehicle in December.

    We had SGT ship a car from North Carolina to Oregon. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. They were in touch several times. And when we had to change pick up plans in Oregon they worked with us to make everything work smoothly in relation to our request. A positive experience all the way around.

    SGT Auto Transport hires independent contractors to ship customers' cars. The contractor who shipped my son's car was Berlineta Transportation LLC. We paid him $1,900 to ship the car from Wyoming to Pennsylvania where my son would attend college. With packing his car for what he would need for his dorm, my son forgot he had left his handgun in the closed console of the car. He remembered it when he checked his room at home while getting ready to fly out to Pennsylvania. When the car arrived in Pennsylvania, he opened the console and found the gun missing and the driver for Berlineta Transportation was long gone taking my cashiers check with him. We filed police reports in both Wyoming and Pennsylvania naming both Berlineta Transportation LLC and SGT Auto Transport Corp. as the ones responsible for the theft. We sent an e-mail to SGT Auto Transport as they hired the thief in the first place. The only thing we heard back from SGT was a form email "thanking us for our business". We have heard nothing else back. Do not trust SGT Auto Transport as they obviously don't care if one of their contractors steals from one of their customers.

    The claims in this review have been taken into consideration. After a thorough investigation of what the customer has submitted, including meetings with the carrier and the driver, the following has been determined: 1) The carrier and the driver both had no knowledge of a firearm being transported in the vehicle as we do not go through personal belongings. This would be an invasion of privacy and we do not get involved in illegal activities. 2) Transporting a firearm is illegal and neither the carrier nor SGT Auto Transport would have permitted that to happen. 3) We are happy that the customer has filed a police report for the missing firearm- Now they can hold their son accountable for misplacing a firearm. We take these matters very seriously and are disappointed that a review is submitted for actions pertaining to your son.
