    On February 10th, 2023 my son had his school portrait retake done by Tri state photography. He is a PreK student at ******************************************************** In ********************. The Photographer communicated to the school, via the *** that all photo's had been sent out when infact not as I have not yet received my sons package. The total paid for his photo package was $39 and later, an additional $40 for a second package. To date however, I have not received my two photo packages. I have made numerous calls to the company, all of which go unanswered. I have left messages asking them to call me back but I have not received any communication from them. I have emailed on several occasions and whilst I got a few responses in the beginning, communication has since ceased. I engaged my school *** and much like myself, they have not heard back from this company. In the beginning, they made all sorts of excuses for not sending my package. They claimed I did not send in the original package when a retake or was done. When this was proven false, they claimed to be working on verification of payment, which again is false. As of today, I do not have my packages and I can not get any touch with anyone at the company. Can you please help me with this?

    ******* ********************** PTA ("PTA") hired Tri-State Photography ("Tri-State") to provide photography services for student, class, and staff photographs, as well as family portrait sessions, in Fall 2022. Family Portraits were completed Nov 5 &6, 2022. Student Photos were taken Nov 14 & 15, 2022. Student retakes/absent student photos were taken Dec 2022.Missing Parent Items: A number of parents who have paid for photo orders have not received their orders; parents and PTA have contacted Tri-State multiple times for the items.Missing PTA Items: 1) Tri-State has not sent student class photos. PTA has made multiple requests via email, phone, and text. 2) Per the agreement, PTA was to receive 25% commission. Per sales information provided by Tri-State on 12/13/22, School Portraits (pending additional sales) were Total Print Portrait Package earnings: $ ******** and Family Portraits (50) Families or combined families (pending additional sales) were Total Print earnings: $ ********. Therefore, pending additional sales that occurred after 12/13/22, $2,366.25 is due to PTA for commission. PTA has requested payment and payment status updates from Tri-State multiple times, via text, phone, and email; no payment received nor status update received.Tri-State Photography holds itself out to the world as a BBB accredited business on its website.PTA requests assistance with communication with Tri-State to receive missing items and commission payment

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tri-State Photography Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    PTA has not received our commission payment from Tri-State. We requested tracking information for the payment from Tri-State Photography, but Tri-State Photography has declined to provide it. Also, there are still parent photography orders that are missing/not received.

    Hello,I am complaining about my order that I placed on Jul 8, 2022 for my grandson school pictures and Graduation Pictures with order # ********. I contacted the office numerous of times for updates and sent emails, they keep telling me they will look into it and still it's 3 months later and still no pictures. I just want my money back if I have to wait any longer for pictures because they are taking to much time with sending pictures. at this point now when I call I can't even get anyone to pick up the phone no one never answers.I attached the Invoice to support this complaint all information is on it.

    I ordered a special package of school pictures from Tristate Photography on June 20, 2022. On July 17, 2022, I had not received my order so I contacted the company and was told "it takes 3-5 weeks for an order to process and ship to your home address. If you do not receive it in the next week or so. Please contact our office at ************ and speak to customer service." I did not receive my order within the week and followed up again. On August 26, 2022, I was told "We have put a reorder in on the package that you have requested. But in the meantime if you receive anything in the mail, please let us know." Again, I did not receive any of the school pictures I ordered. So I followed up again on September 22, 2022 and asked if they had a tracking number I could follow up on or if they could resend with a tracking number. I received a response on September 25, 2022 that said "I will look into this and get back to you." I have yet to hear back from anyone at Tristate. All I want are the pictures I ordered.

    I placed an order online with the company in the fall of last school year for my sons graduation picture. The end of the school year came and I did not receive anything. I have been calling the company for the entire summer and they told me they would send out another copy but I still didnt receive anything. I recently called and asked if I can receive at least the digital copy and I have yet to receive anything. I am constantly told that someone will contact me or send me something but nothing. I am the one who keeps reaching out with no resolution. Im at a loss!
