    Horrible Follow up, We are a preschool program and decided to use the above business for our fall and spring pictures. The contact from the company to the school is horrible, we did the pictures as a fund raiser in December and we still have not received the funds. It was hard to speak to the sales rep that contacted us and anyone at the company. After much calling I spoke to ****** ****** and he assured me all will be take care of. I liked the prices so i booked them for our cap and gown pictures. some of the packages was received and other not, parents are calling me since they paid them directly and have not received anything. i also have not received our fundraising monies from december and June. i last heard from ****** in August and nothing after that, i have called and left messages and no one has contacted me back. I also sent emails after emails. this is no way to run a business, and i am very, very very upset. my parents trusted me to receive their pictures now i look like a fool.
