    My order was placed on April 10. This complaint is filed on May 18th. I have reached out twice, inquiring about a time frame for my order to be delivered, or at least an estimate. I have not heard back.

    We placed an order for custom signs with approved proofs in March 2024. The order was significantly delayed beyond the stated shipping time, and we received inconsistent and unclear communication about its status.

    When the signs finally arrived, they had visible issues. The business agreed to send replacements—one within four weeks and the second four weeks after that. As of May 2025, we still have not received the second replacement sign.

    Most recently, the business claimed the sign had been shipped but returned because we "moved." This is completely false—we have been at the same address since 1948. We were never provided a tracking number to confirm the shipment, despite repeated requests.

    Communication has been minimal and often unresponsive. Only after I began posting negative reviews did I receive a reply—containing the false claim about our address.

    It has now been over a year. We still do not have both replacement signs, and the one we did receive remains flawed. At this point, I am simply requesting a refund for the sign that was never delivered. I have exhausted all efforts to resolve this directly, and due to the excessive delays, I am no longer able to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel the delay was intentional to avoid refund or dispute.

    I ordered a product from their store, a craved wooden sign. They said I could get it before Christmas but it's now May and I have not gotten my item. They have not been responding to my emails asking for updates. My order status on their website has been showing progress. , it's currently in status shipping but has been for awhile and I got an email recently saying that it's been 40 days since I got my product and they want feedback. Maybe it is shipping but the lack of communication has me thinking I will never get the product.

    Order: I ordered two custom live edge wood plaques with wedding vows inscribed.

    The company confirmed my purchase and has a tracker of where they are in the process. My products have been "finishing" which is the step before "shipping" for the last month. I've contacted the owners, Queenie and Roman Cleveland from Brant Lake, NY via email 5 times and have not received a response. I've messaged them through the contact form and chat feature on their website. There is no number associated with this business, so I found the owner's phone numbers and contacted them three times (2 times for Roman and 1 time for Queenie). Two voicemails were left for Roman and Queenie's number was disconnected.

    I have the unanswered emails saved if you need these.

    We ordered a custom sign from the business back in November of 2024 (11/25/2024). They charged us for the sign but we have not received our order and they will not respond to our emails. We should have done our homework, a quick google search and you will find numerous other complaints. I was able to find the owner Roman C********’s phone number, NY State Trooper - WOW, how ethical, and contact him. He was less than pleasant. We are looking for a refund as they have not delivered the product. We were charged $291.06. Attached is our confirmation and other reviews posted of these scammers!
