    I placed an order in February of 2025 and I have yet to hear any word or responses from email or the chat on their website along with no phone number at all in terms of an update to my order.

    Can I leave no stars?
    I ordered a custom sign on 12/4/24 as a Xmas gift. Paid in advance and requested a rush delivery. In the order, I specified that my sign was to say "No Hurricane Zone" and be modeled after the standard "No Wake Zone" signs in Florida (I uploaded photos of "No Wake Zone" signs as examples). I never heard from the company again despite several emails that I sent to them. Note: there is no way to contact them besides email or through a form on their website. I never received a proof as promised (I even kept tabs on my spam folder). In February, I filed a dispute of the charge with my bank and alas, on 2/17/25 a sign shows up. But you can guess... it was not the sign I ordered. The one I received says "No Wake Zone." Sadly my bank denied my claim despite the fact that ADK Nightmare provided them documentation clearly showing that the sign I ordered was supposed to say "No Hurricane Zone" yet the sign I received (ADK Nightmare provided a photo) says "No Wake Zone."
