    The owner of Smart Floors is dishonest. On March 27th 2024 we gave a check for$4562 as down payment for materials. Nothing was delivered. The money was debited from our account and over a month of excuses were made and the owner never appeared. We also incurred the expense of a pod and all furniture has been removed. A complaint case has been filed with consumer affairs and a small claims hearing has been set. We have noticed a similar complaint filed by another homeowner in May of 2024. Although the phone number listed in contact information matches the number we used to call the owner, the mailing address listed is not the address on his estimate proposal.
