  It should not get any star. Please do not use this website.On 07-23-2025, I purchased an airline ticket thru Topflightfares website for my brother. I gave all the information and got a confirmation number. They sent my brother an e-mail and asked that he call them to speak with a customer service ****** brother called and they told him that was a stand by ticket I purchased. BUT that is not what was on the website. The ticket I purchased was $271.93; they wanted another $170.00 to make it an official ticket with an assigned seat. He said no and cancel the ticket. They told him it would be around 10 days until the charges would come off his credit card. But at that time, they had not placed the charges on his card. So, I dont understand how they can say it will take 10 days. Also, I dont understand how they can get away with false advertisement.This is very wrong not to tell everything on your website at the time of purchasing,Thanks ****** *****

  If I could leave less than a one star review, I would. **************** representative yelled at me over the phone after trying to cancel flight within *********************************************************************** customer service. Then proceeded to tell me that they would be happy not to do business and still charge because they would not refund within 24 hours. I have never left to review like this, but could not believe the audacity of how this company operates. Please never use this company.

  Theyll take your money to book the flight and youre not even guaranteed to get on the flight. Youll be guaranteed to get on one flight if you have a connecting but not guaranteed for the other or vice versa. I got transferred three times all representatives are offshore. they lie saying theyre in ************** when theyre not they can barely speak English and when they do their disrespectful, they laugh at you if you have an emergency and need a certain flight they pretty much tell you they dont care what youre going through even the supervisor on the floor ***** was a complete. You know what my daughter is in the hospital and I need a flight as soon as possible paid for the flight then they call you to confirm Just to tell you that youre gonna have to pay an extra $250 to get on the flight you want beware if I could leave zero stars, I would I hate that big corporations use offshore representatives customer service has dwindled. Im not even a ***** supporter but at this point, lets get all of America flights customer service representatives in the states. Im so done with asking for shore representatives, and I get transferred to another offshore representative

  0 STARS! I agree with everyone else. This is not a company, this is a total scam. Booked for a Southwest flight. I was told by ***** from Top Flight Fares that they were standby tickets and not actual tickets. The man was extremely rude. He said that if there wasnt a ticket available for all five that I booked then two people could go and the rest would have to come back. This made no sense. I have called numerous times, left voicemails, sent emails, with no answer or reply. This company popped up when I looked for low airfares on ******. This place needs to be reported! The man should be criminally charged.

  Do not buy dares from these people they are scammers. They will offer you low airfares but then will call you and tell you that the price have gone up once they charge your credit card and if you try to cancel they take $100 and will not give you back the complete price for the ticket and will argue with you. This is a scam. They should not be allowed to do business in this country.

  Bought a booking for $184. The next day after arrangements were made the raised the price to $404. Called to confirm the booking I bought and was hung up on when I asked for a supervisor

  Absolutely fraudulent. Steals your information, lists your booking as pending. When you call they hang up on you. We got hung up on 9 times when we asked what was going on with our booking that didn't have a confirmation. Everyone was extremely rude and eventually told us the flight we booked didn't exist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shame on ******************************* for allowing this company on their platform. Now they have my card information, address, phone number and name. It's a company from *****. They are likely going to sell my information and have my identity stolen.

  This is a fraud. They advertise low-fare tickets and allow you to book tickets. On the booking page, they dont disclose any cancellation fees or agency charges. Once you book a ticket you want, you are redirected to a page that says Booking Pending and are asked to call a number. Typically, a person with an Indian accent answers the call, informs you that the ticket is unavailable, and demands additional payment. They also state there will be a cancellation fee and no refund. That person is rude. Dont agree to anything they sayjust hang up. They have no right to charge you anything because the booking did not go through, and therefore, there is no cancellation. I am contacting the District Attorney to take action and shut down this scam business

  They are running a scam and getting away with it I went to cheaOTickes and they are on top of the list being recommended as an travel agency I dont have no money to get home this is devastating I bought a ticket they said it was pending a Indian guy came on the phone and told me my reservation isnt complete I have to pay 80 more dollars I told him I dont have it and he hang the phone up on me. I went to the site and cant find where I purchased the ticket this is so crazy Im left in a mess right now.

  Should be 0 stars I booked a flight for my son, the dates were wrong and I didn't recieve a confirmation email. I called the number provided to cancel the flight. The agent told me there was a ****** charge to cancel the flight, even though I called 30 minutes after making the reservation. He then directed me to reschedule and told me he could waive the fee. The flights he directed me to were much, much higher than the original flight. I ended up making a flight to a destination much farther away and was charged thru the airline even though I did not confirm the reservation. I was able to contact the airline and get the flight canceled and the money refunded. The booking site Top flight fares refused a refund. I believe a 24 hour cancelation is standard policy for airline reservation. Top flight fares I believe is a dishonest company, they bait you with low fares then don't send confirmation when you call they direct you to much more expensive options. Top flight fares is a company that lacks integrity and I believe to be dishonest in their business practices.
