      False statement and benefits, no communication, the worse assessment program for patients. They are rude, quick to cut your benefits off without letting you know. I been working here for a year, they decided to cut my medical benefits, flex allowance without letting me know, 3 months later when I had piles of doctors bills. I emailed 11 times is 3 weeks and to this day no answer. I am yet to speak to anyone even when I repeatedly sated I was seeking legal representation. Vey bad and upsetting. They reduce my vision allowance from $400 to $100 and cancelled GYM reimbursement. Just found out 3 months later as well. No way to treat employees. Sorry but very unhappy NOT RECOMENDABLE AT ALL. Beware

      I hte the commercial about the granddaughter saying her gramma gave her so much as a child now its time to return the love. Well this granddaughter is getting payed to take care of her gramma so she is not doing it for free Im sure she would not do it if she didnt get paid I hate that commercial I wish they would take it iff

      We are stuck with the most incompetent person to deal with.I have asked to speak with her supervisor on numerous occasions, which then she completely blocks me.******* is rude & I don't appreciate her threats either!

      I wish I could give it zero stars. I can not recommend people to avoid this company with any more vigor than I already have. I came home to help care for my mother in March. It is **** Since then, I have been bombarded with new demands and requests every time I am "about to schedule the orientation". I do not get a consistent person on my case and every time the poor person they assign to the phone (not their fault at all) when I can is tasked by the company with a new excuse to make up so that they do not have to provide the care. It is the most unorganized, infuriating and unprofessional mess I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not to mention the company inventing rogue tax forms that I never submitted as a new way of delaying the process. You'd have better luck having a wild squirrel stealing money from a neighbors house and bringing it to you on a whim then having these people set you up properly for home care. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Stay away from this nightmare. AT ALL COSTS.

      If i could leave a big fat ZERO NEGETIVE ZERO Review I would. We started the process in October of 2022 to get home care for an elderly lady. It is March of 2023 and there as been NO HELP STARTED . I have spent more hours trying to get answers via phone IF you can get someone to pick up. or return a call. EVERYONE apologizes but no one does their jobs. I have got the attorney general, left a report to the health and human services and insurance investigation company. THIS PLACE is the biggest joke for someone to seek help from. if you value your family NEVER seek any type of help from these people. HOWEVER I work for a healthcare non profit and I know all the right people to share this story with and who to report them to. HOW ARE THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS

      I wish I never chosen Freedom care,, health first ******** **** caregiver tried calling n texting for retro paid that was promised,,they got what they wanted n that's it .I have a case *************** person who never calls back ,,even health first tried calling I'm so disgusting. ,they're a disgrace to the health care system
