    Essen house calls does not keep appointments. They dont do anything they are asked they cant even call when they are supposed to calls me after business hours someone needs to notify the bosses that they are running the Essen out of business.. everything is wrong: please help. My mother requested a podiatrist and she has received zero but nurses calling odd hours and not doing job treating me badly. I am not there secretary and I dont like being lied too..: they were to call my mother not me they lie this so called *** should be firedI dont have a last name she is not qualified to do anything but lie.

    I just contacted EssenMed House Calls. I have been SUFFERING since the fall waiting for a referral my complaints over all of this time have been pulled/closed. My call was disconnected after being transferred to several people. The other day EssenMed House Calls contacted me to see if I needed a foot doctor which they did one other time as well.I wonder what Essen House Calls and the BBB are going to tell CBS when they become the subject of a **** *****?I am asking once again for a solution to my problem in that I need a referral, I need forms filled out so I can get a electric powered wheel chair, and I need a cane and wheel chair as I have had two falls already trying to walk unassisted to the store.Sincerely,*********************** cc: ******************* ************************************ *************************

    I was supposed to be visited by ***************************** twice and she never showed up. Then ********************* was supposed to phone in a prescription for drops for my pink eye and the prescription never was called in.I was lucky to get a friend to lend me the money to go to the emergency room and I was diagnosed, as I thought with Sepsis and they were able to also give me my eye drops.I am sitting here however with no way to pick up my prescription now for several days. I have been fighting with ***************** now for some time in getting services while sick and I am not sure how long I have had Sepsis. Now in order to keep the provider (*******) that I want, I have to switch health insurance companies. I think that this is ridiculous of ***************** and Essen House calls who apparently works for ***************** that they would put people through this.

    Poor patient care of my 96 old bedbound mother. This is the second time no follow up to xray test results which landed my mother in a hospital the previous time with pneumonia. You get the run around being transferred to different people that can't help. Very frustrated as a daughter trying to get decent health care for my mother.
